राजसमंद में ACB की बड़ी कार्रवाई, ग्राम विकास अधिकारी और सरपंच (प्रशासक) पर ₹43,500 रिश्वत मांगने का मामला दर्ज…..
राजसमंद, @MaruSangram। भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो (ACB) ने राजसमंद जिले की ग्राम पंचायत तासोल में पदस्थापित ग्राम विकास अधिकारी करण सिंह राव और सरपंच (प्रशासक) भंवर लाल सरगरा के खिलाफ ₹43,500 रिश्वत मांगने के आरोप में भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज किया है।
ACB के अनुसार परिवादी ने शिकायत दी थी कि ग्राम तासोल स्थित उसके बाड़े का पट्टा बनाने की एवज में ₹43,500 रिश्वत की मांग की जा रही थी और कार्य के लिए लगातार परेशान किया जा रहा था।
शिकायत मिलने के बाद एसीबी ने उप महानिरीक्षक पुलिस डॉ. रामेश्वर सिंह के सुपरवीजन तथा अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक हिम्मत चारण के नेतृत्व में शिकायत का गोपनीय सत्यापन कराया।
सत्यापन के दौरान दोनों आरोपियों द्वारा रिश्वत मांगने की पुष्टि हुई।
इसके बाद एसीबी ने ट्रैप कार्रवाई की योजना बनाई, लेकिन आरोपियों को कार्रवाई की भनक लगने से ट्रैप सफल नहीं हो सका। इसके बावजूद एसीबी ने दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत प्रकरण संख्या 218/2026 दर्ज कर अग्रिम अनुसंधान शुरू कर दिया है।
एसीबी की अतिरिक्त महानिदेशक पुलिस स्मिता श्रीवास्तव के निर्देशन में मामले की जांच और अन्य कानूनी कार्रवाई जारी है।
ACB की अपील
भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो ने आमजन से भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायत टोल फ्री हेल्पलाइन 1064 और व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन 94135-02834 पर 24×7 दर्ज कराने की अपील की है। ब्यूरो ने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ अभियान में जनता की भागीदारी महत्वपूर्ण है और वैध कार्यों में पूरी सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

Rajsamand, @MaruSangram. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a case under the Prevention of Corruption Act against Village Development Officer Karan Singh Rao and Sarpanch (Administrator) Bhanwar Lal Sargra, posted in the Gram Panchayat Tasol in Rajsamand district, for allegedly demanding a bribe of ₹43,500.
According to the ACB, the complainant had complained that a bribe of ₹43,500 was being demanded for the lease of his farm in the village of Tasol and that he was being continuously harassed for the work.
After receiving the complaint, the ACB conducted a confidential verification under the supervision of Deputy Inspector General of Police Dr. Rameshwar Singh and under the leadership of Additional Superintendent of Police Himmat Charan. During the verification, the bribery demand by both accused was confirmed.
Following this, the ACB planned a trap, but the trap failed as the accused became aware of the action. Despite this, the ACB has registered Case No. 218/2026 against both accused under the Prevention of Corruption Act and initiated further investigation.
The investigation and other legal proceedings are ongoing under the direction of ACB Additional Director General of Police Smita Srivastava.
ACB Appeal
The Anti-Corruption Bureau has appealed to the public to lodge complaints of corruption on the toll-free helpline 1064 and WhatsApp helpline 94135-02834, which is available 24×7. The Bureau stated that public participation is crucial in the campaign against corruption and that full assistance will be provided in legitimate endeavors.
