पार्षद का संघर्ष से बदल रही वार्ड की सूरत….

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। कहते है जनप्रतिनिधि अगर दृढ़संकल्प के साथ अपने क्षेत्र के विकास की ठान ले तो क्षेत्र की कायाकल्प होने में देर नहीं लगती। कुछ ऐसा ही कर दिखाया है निर्दलिय पार्षद मनोज विश्नोई ने। जिनके संघर्ष के परिणाम स्वरूप अब वार्ड 35 की सूरत बदलने लगी है।

जिसके चलते वार्ड के मुख्य मार्ग पर सीसी रोड़ निर्माण के साथ साथ अनेक स्थानों पर ब्लॉक लगाने का काम अंतिम चरण में है।

इस निर्माण कार्य को लेकर वार्ड पार्षद मनोज इसकी मॉनिटरिंग भी कर रहे है। कार्य की गुणवता की जांच के लिये बार बार निर्माण कार्य स्थल का दौरा भी कर उसकी पड़ताल भी कर रहे है।

पूर्व में दी थी चेतावनी
जानकारी में रहे कि पार्षद मनोज विश्नोई ने नगर विकास न्यास की ओर से लगाएं गये निविदा कार्य को शुरू नहीं करने पर आन्दोलन व पार्षद पद से इस्तीफा देने की चेतावनी भी दी थी। जिसके बाद जिला कलक्टर व न्यास प्रशासन हरकत में आया और क्षेत्र के बिगड़े हालात की निरीक्षण कर पार्षद से वार्ता की।

वार्ता के दौरान पार्षद विश्नोई ने जिला कलक्टर को स्पष्ट कह दिया था कि जब तक गुणवतापूर्वक काम नहीं किया जाएगा तब तक आन्दोलनात्मक रवैया जारी रहेगा।

इस चेतावनी के बाद प्रशासन ने तत्काल प्रभाव से सीवरेज की सफाई व्यवस्था के बाद निर्माण कार्य शुरू किया।

क्षेत्रवासियों ने जताया आभार
उधर पार्षद मनोज विश्नोई के इस संघर्ष के बाद वार्ड में तीव्र गति से हो रहे।

विकास कार्य पर क्षेत्र के लोगों के पार्षद का आभार जताते हुए कहा कि अपने चार साल के कार्यकाल में पार्षद ने एक सजग जनप्रतिनिधि होने का प्रमाण दिया है और अनेक विकास कार्य करवाएं है। शहर को इसी तरह के जनप्रतिनिधियों की जरूरत है।

Due to which, along with the construction of CC road on the main road of the ward, the work of installing blocks at many places is in the final stage.

Ward councilor Manoj is also monitoring this construction work. To check the quality of work, they are repeatedly visiting the construction site and inspecting it.

Gave warning earlier
Be aware that Councilor Manoj Vishnoi had also warned of agitation and resignation from the post of councilor if the tender work put by the Urban Development Trust was not started. After which the District Collector and the Trust Administration came into action and inspected the deteriorating condition of the area and talked to the councilor.

During the talks, Councilor Vishnoi had clearly told the District Collector that until quality work is not done, the agitational attitude will continue.

After this warning, the administration started the construction work with immediate effect after cleaning the sewerage system.

Area residents expressed gratitude
On the other hand, after this struggle of Councilor Manoj Vishnoi, things are happening at a rapid pace in the ward.

Expressing gratitude to the councilor of the people of the area for the development work, he said that during his four-year tenure, the councilor has proved to be an alert public representative and has got many development works done. The city needs such kind of public representatives.
