कृषि विभाग द्वारा “राजस्थान मिलेट्स मिशन” के तहत ब्लॉक स्तरीय रोड शो का आयोजन….

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। कृषि विभाग राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिलेट्स ईयर 2023 के उपलक्ष्य में राजस्थान मिलेट्स मिशन योजनान्तर्गत श्रीडूंगरगढ़ ब्लॉक में “ब्लॉक स्तरीय रोड शो” का आयोजन किया गया। आज प्रातः कार्यालय सहायक निदेशक कृषि विस्तार से सहायक निदेशक रघुवरदयाल सुथार ने हरी झंडी दिखा कर मिलेट्स रथ को रवाना किया गया।

इस अवसर उन्होंने बताया की राज्य सरकार के आदेशानुसार प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में एक दिवसीय रोड शो का आयोजन किया जा रहा है जिसमे मिलेट्स रथ गांव गांव जा कर मिलेट्स (मोटे अनाज) के प्रति जागरूकता पैदा करेगा।

कृषि अधिकारी कन्हैयालाल सारस्वत ने बताया की इस वर्ष को संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा द्वारा अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिलेट्स वर्ष घोषित किया गया है। प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा “अन्न” का नाम देकर देश में मोटे अनाज के उत्पादन एवम प्रयोग  को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए विशेष प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री एवम् कृषि मंत्री राजस्थान द्वारा इस वर्ष बजट में राजस्थान मिलेट्स मिशन की घोषणा कर राज्य में बाजरा, ज्वार, रागी सहित तमाम मोटे अनाज के क्षेत्र, उत्पादन व उत्पादकता को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

मिशन के अंतर्गत किसानों एवम उद्यमियों द्वारा मोटे अनाज के प्रसंस्करण के लिए यूनिट स्थापना के लिए लागत का 50 प्रतिशत या  50 लाख रुपए तक का अनुदान उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है।

श्री सारस्वत ने बताया की इस एक दिवसीय रोड शो के दौरान ब्लॉक के लगभग 25-30 गांवों को कवर किया जा रहा है।

मिलेट्स रथ पर मोटे अनाज से संबंधित बैनर लगे हुए है तथा माइक से मिलेट्स गीत, स्लोगन तथा योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जा रही है।

इस दौरान कृषि अधिकारी सुरेंद्र मारू, सहायक कृषि अधिकारी हितेश जांगिड़, कृषि पर्यवेक्षक, जनप्रतिनिधियों सहित बड़ी संख्या में किसान उपस्थित थे।

Block level road show organized by Agriculture Department under “Rajasthan Millets Mission”.

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Agriculture Department, Government of Rajasthan, organized a “Block Level Road Show” in Sridungargarh Block under the Rajasthan Millets Mission Scheme to commemorate the International Millets Year 2023. This morning, the Millets Rath was flagged off by Assistant Director, Agriculture Extension, Raghuvardayal Suthar.

On this occasion, he told that as per the orders of the state government, a one-day road show is being organized in every block in which Millets Rath will go from village to village to create awareness about millets (coarse grains).

Agriculture officer Kanhaiyalal Saraswat said that this year has been declared the International Year of Millets by the United Nations General Assembly. Special efforts are being made by the Prime Minister to encourage the production and use of coarse grains in the country by naming them “Anna”.

By announcing Rajasthan Millets Mission in the budget this year by the Chief Minister and Agriculture Minister of Rajasthan, the area, production and productivity of all coarse grains including millet, jowar, ragi will be promoted in the state.

Under the mission, 50 percent of the cost or grant up to Rs 50 lakh is being provided to farmers and entrepreneurs for setting up units for processing coarse grains.

Shri Saraswat said that during this one-day road show, about 25-30 villages of the block are being covered.

There are banners related to millets on the Millets chariot and information about Millets songs, slogans and schemes is being given through the mike.

During this, a large number of farmers including Agriculture Officer Surendra Maru, Assistant Agriculture Officer Hitesh Jangid, Agriculture Supervisor, public representatives were present.
