संभागीय आयुक्त ने किया तंबाकू निषेध पोस्टर का विमोचन….

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के. पवन ने बुधवार को ’18 वर्ष से कम आयु के व्यक्ति को तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री दंडनीय अपराध है’ स्लोगन लिखे पोस्टर का विमोचन किया।

बीकानेर पान मर्चेंट एसोसिएशन की ओर से जारी किए गए पोस्टर शहर के चार सौ खुदरा पान की दुकानों पर लगाए जाएंगे। दुकानदारों द्वारा इन नियमों की पालना भी की जाएगी। एसोसिएशन की ओर से यह आश्वासन सचिव भंवरलाल स्वामी ने संभागीय आयुक्त को दिया।

इस मौके पर एसोसिएशन की ओर से संभागीय आयुक्त का बुके भेंट कर सम्मान किया गया। साथ ही एसोसिएशन से जुड़े पदाधिकारियों और सदस्यों ने संभागीय आयुक्त के समक्ष अपने विचार रखे।

एसोसिएशन के संगठन मंत्री जेठाराम सोलंकी ने बताया कि पान की दुकान पर 18 वर्ष से कम आयु वाले व्यक्ति के लिए तांबाकू की कोई भी सामग्री बेची नहीं जाएगी।

इसलिए खुदरा पान विक्रेताओं को नियमानुसार तंबाकू उत्पाद बिक्री करने का लाइसेंस संबंधित विभाग मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग या नगर निगम से प्रमाणित कर दिलवाने का सुझाव दिया और कहा कि इससे अवैधानिक तरीके से तंबाकू बिक्री पर रोक लगेगी।

एसोसिएशन के उमेश सोलंकी ने खुदरा विक्रेताओं को व्यापार में आ रही परेशानी से अवगत कराया। संभागीय आयुक्त से मिलने वालों मे एसोसिएशन के सचिव भंवरलाल स्वामी, संगठन मंत्री जेठाराम सोलंकी, महेश किराडू, उमेश सोलंकी, हरिप्रसाद शर्मा, कैलाश गहलोत, रामदेव मोदी, महेश तंवर, अशोक सोलंकी, चन्द्रप्रकाश उपाध्याय, योगेश शर्मा आदि थे।

The Divisional Commissioner released the tobacco prohibition poster….

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Neeraj K. Pawan on Wednesday released a poster with the slogan ‘Sale of tobacco products to a person below 18 years of age is a punishable offence’.

Posters issued by the Bikaner Paan Merchant Association will be displayed at 400 retail paan shops in the city. These rules will also be followed by the shopkeepers. Secretary Bhanwarlal Swami gave this assurance on behalf of the association to the divisional commissioner.

On this occasion, the Divisional Commissioner was honored by presenting a bouquet on behalf of the association. Along with this, the office bearers and members associated with the association kept their views before the Divisional Commissioner.

Association’s Organization Minister Jetharam Solanki said that no tobacco item will be sold to a person below 18 years of age at the paan shop.

Therefore, it was suggested to get the retail paan vendors licensed to sell tobacco products as per the rules, certified by the concerned department, Chief Medical and Health Department or Municipal Corporation and said that this would stop the sale of tobacco illegally.

Association’s Umesh Solanki apprised the retailers about the problems they are facing in business. Association Secretary Bhanwarlal Swami, Organization Minister Jetharam Solanki, Mahesh Kiradu, Umesh Solanki, Hariprasad Sharma, Kailash Gehlot, Ramdev Modi, Mahesh Tanwar, Ashok Solanki, Chandraprakash Upadhyay, Yogesh Sharma etc. were among those who met the Divisional Commissioner.
