नोखा में आईसक्रीम फैक्ट्री पर कार्यवाही
60 किलो दूषित दूध करवाया नष्ट
बीकानेर/नोखा, @MaruSangram। आमजन को गर्मी के मौसम में शुद्ध ठंडे पेय, आइसक्रीम व डेयरी उत्पाद उपलब्ध हो सके इसके लिए स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध के अंतर्गत विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। मंगलवार को नोखा की एक आइसक्रीम फैक्ट्री पर कार्यवाही कर 60 किलो दूषित दूध को नष्ट करवाया गया।
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि नायब तहसीलदार नरसिंह कुमार के नेतृत्व में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी भानु प्रताप सिंह, श्रवण वर्मा, राकेश गोदारा तथा कार्यवाहक ब्लॉक सीएमओ डॉ अरविंद सिंह राजपुरोहित के संयुक्त दल द्वारा कार्यवाही की गई।
निरीक्षण के दौरान बाल्टियों में दूषित दूध मिला जिसमें मक्खियां भी गिरी हुई थी।
इस 60 किलो दूध को तत्काल नष्ट करवाया गया। आफइसक्रीम में रंगों का परमिटेड स्तर पर ही उपयोग करने के निर्देश दिए गए। यहां दूध, दही व आइसक्रीम के नमूने एकत्र कर जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला भिजवाया गया है।
फैक्ट्री प्रबंधकों को शुद्ध एवं ताजा कच्चे माल का उपयोग करने व फैक्ट्री में साफ-सफाई रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।

Action on ice cream factory in Nokha
60 kg contaminated milk got destroyed
Bikaner/Nokha, @MaruSangram. In order to make pure cold drinks, ice cream and dairy products available to the common man during the summer season, a special campaign is being run by the Health Department under the War for the Pure. On Tuesday, action was taken against an ice cream factory in Nokha and 60 kg of contaminated milk was destroyed.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar said that action was taken by a joint team of Food Safety Officers Bhanu Pratap Singh, Shravan Verma, Rakesh Godara and Acting Block CMO Dr. Arvind Singh Rajpurohit under the leadership of Naib Tehsildar Narsingh Kumar.
During the inspection, contaminated milk was found in the buckets in which flies had also fallen.
This 60 kg milk was immediately destroyed. Instructions were given to use colors in ice cream only at the permitted level. Samples of milk, curd and ice cream have been collected here and sent to the Public Health Laboratory.
Factory managers were instructed to use pure and fresh raw materials and to keep the factory clean.
