मानसून 2026: संभावित बाढ़ एवं अतिवृष्टि से निपटने के लिए जिला प्रशासन अलर्ट, आवश्यक वस्तुओं की निर्बाध उपलब्धता के निर्देश

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मानसून 2026 के दौरान संभावित बाढ़ एवं अतिवृष्टि की स्थिति से प्रभावी ढंग से निपटने तथा आमजन को आवश्यक वस्तुओं एवं सेवाओं की निर्बाध उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने व्यापक तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं।

जिला कलेक्टर निशांत जैन तथा जिला रसद अधिकारी नरेश शर्मा द्वारा विभिन्न विभागों, संस्थाओं, व्यापारिक संगठनों एवं सेवा प्रदाताओं को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।

जिला कलेक्टर निशांत जैन ने सभी पेट्रोल पंप संचालकों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे 30 सितंबर 2026 तक प्रत्येक पेट्रोल पंप पर न्यूनतम 2000 लीटर डीजल एवं 1000 लीटर पेट्रोल का आरक्षित स्टॉक बनाए रखें।

इसी प्रकार जिले की सभी घरेलू गैस एजेंसियों को अपने अधिकृत गोदामों में 25 घरेलू रसोई गैस सिलेंडरों का आरक्षित भंडारण रखने के आदेश दिए गए हैं, ताकि आपदा की स्थिति में प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में ईंधन एवं गैस की आपूर्ति बाधित न हो।

ज़िला रसद अधिकारी नरेश शर्मा ने भारतीय खाद्य निगम (एफसीआई) को सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली के तहत आवंटित खाद्यान्न का पर्याप्त भंडारण सुनिश्चित करने तथा आवश्यकतानुसार वितरण व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। साथ ही खाद्यान्न परिवहन से जुड़ी संस्थाओं एवं बीकानेर सहकारी उपभोक्ता होलसेल भंडार लिमिटेड को खाद्य सामग्री, खाद्य तेल, दवाइयों तथा दैनिक उपयोग की वस्तुओं का पर्याप्त स्टॉक सुरक्षित रखने को कहा गया है।

डीएसओ ने बताया कि फल-सब्जी मंडी प्रशासन को निर्देशित किया गया है कि संभावित आपदा की स्थिति में फल-सब्जियों की नियमित आपूर्ति बनाए रखी जाए। इसके लिए सभी विक्रेताओं एवं थोक व्यापारियों से समन्वय स्थापित कर आलू, प्याज एवं अन्य आवश्यक सब्जियों का पर्याप्त भंडारण सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

जिला रसद अधिकारी ने सभी प्रवर्तन अधिकारियों एवं निरीक्षकों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों की उचित मूल्य दुकानों एवं गोदामों का निरीक्षण कर यह सुनिश्चित करें कि भवनों में सीलन, रिसाव अथवा जलभराव जैसी स्थिति न हो, जिससे खाद्यान्न को किसी प्रकार का नुकसान न पहुंचे। निरीक्षण उपरांत प्रमाण-पत्र भी प्रस्तुत करें।

जिला रसद अधिकारी ने बताया कि बाढ़ अथवा अतिवृष्टि से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में राहत सामग्री की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से न्यूनतम पांच व्यापारियों एवं दुकानदारों को चिन्हित कर आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्री किट तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में कम से कम पांच हलवाई एवं कैटरर्स की सूची तैयार की जाएगी, जो आवश्यकता पड़ने पर प्रभावित लोगों के लिए तत्काल भोजन तैयार कर निर्धारित स्थानों तक पहुंचा सकें।

जिला प्रशासन ने विभिन्न स्वयंसेवी संगठनों एवं सामाजिक संस्थाओं से भी सहयोग का आह्वान किया है। ऐसे संगठनों को राहत सामग्री वितरण, भोजन पैकेट उपलब्ध कराने तथा अन्य मानवीय सहायता गतिविधियों में प्रशासन का सहयोग करने के लिए तैयार रहने को कहा गया है।

श्री शर्मा ने स्पष्ट किया कि मानसून अवधि के दौरान सभी संबंधित विभाग, संस्थाएं एवं सेवा प्रदाता आपसी समन्वय बनाए रखते हुए आवश्यक वस्तुओं एवं सेवाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करें, ताकि किसी भी आपात स्थिति में आमजन को राहत पहुंचाने में कोई बाधा न आए। प्रशासन द्वारा समस्त तैयारियों की नियमित समीक्षा भी की जाएगी।

Monsoon 2026: District administration on alert to deal with potential floods and heavy rainfall, directives for uninterrupted availability of essential commodities

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The district administration has begun extensive preparations to effectively deal with potential floods and heavy rainfall during the 2026 monsoon season and to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential goods and services to the public.

District Collector Nishant Jain and District Logistics Officer Naresh Sharma have issued necessary guidelines to various departments, institutions, business organizations, and service providers.

District Collector Nishant Jain has directed all petrol pump operators to maintain a minimum reserve stock of 2,000 liters of diesel and 1,000 liters of petrol at each petrol pump by September 30, 2026.

Similarly, all domestic gas agencies in the district have been ordered to maintain a reserve stock of 25 domestic cooking gas cylinders in their authorized warehouses, so that the supply of fuel and gas to affected areas is not disrupted in the event of a disaster.

District Logistics Officer Naresh Sharma has directed the Food Corporation of India (FCI) to ensure adequate storage of food grains allocated under the Public Distribution System and maintain distribution arrangements as needed. Food grain transportation agencies and the Bikaner Cooperative Consumer Wholesale Store Limited have been directed to maintain adequate stocks of food grains, edible oil, medicines, and daily use items.

The DSO stated that the fruit and vegetable market administration has been directed to maintain a regular supply of fruits and vegetables in the event of a potential disaster. To this end, coordination has been established with all vendors and wholesalers to ensure adequate storage of potatoes, onions, and other essential vegetables.

The District Logistics Officer has directed all enforcement officers and inspectors to inspect fair price shops and warehouses in their areas and ensure that the buildings are free of dampness, leaks, or waterlogging, which could damage food grains. They should also submit a certificate after the inspection.

The District Logistics Officer stated that to ensure the availability of relief materials in flood- or heavy rainfall-affected areas, at least five traders and shopkeepers have been identified and instructed to prepare essential food kits. Additionally, a list of at least five confectioners and caterers will be compiled in each area, who can prepare and deliver food immediately to the designated locations if needed.

The District Administration has also appealed for cooperation from various voluntary organizations and social institutions. These organizations have been asked to be prepared to assist the administration in distributing relief materials, providing food packets, and other humanitarian aid activities.

Mr. Sharma clarified that during the monsoon season, all relevant departments, institutions, and service providers should maintain coordination and ensure the availability of essential goods and services, so that there are no obstacles in providing relief to the public in case of any emergency. The administration will also regularly review all preparations.
