MGSU के छात्र नेताओं ने भाजपा प्रदेशाध्यक्ष सीपी जोशी का किया भव्य स्वागत, छात्र नेताओं ने राजस्थानी भाषा की मान्यता की रखी मांग….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर पधारे भाजपा के नवनियुक्त प्रदेशाध्यक्ष सीपी जोशी का आज महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र नेताओं, ने आज भव्य स्वागत समारोह रखा गया ।सीपी जोशी के स्वागत के पश्चात छात्र नेताओं ने राजस्थानी भाषा को आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल करने हेतु एक मांग पत्र सीपी जोशी के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया। छात्र नेताओं ने बताया कि राजस्थानी भाषा के लिए पिछले 70 से अधिक वर्षों से अनेक संस्थाएं, भाषा प्रेमी,साहित्यकार संघर्षरत है तथा अभी तक भी राजस्थानी को अपना मान सम्मान नहीं मिला है।
राजनीतिक उदासीनता या अन्य किसी भी कारण से इतने बड़े प्रदेश के भौगोलिक क्षेत्र में बोली जाने वाली इतनी समृद्ध भाषा को अपना महत्व ना मिलना समस्त राजस्थान वासियों का अपमान है अतः आप से निवेदन है कि आप तत्काल प्रभाव से भाजपा के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष होने के नाते आप प्रधानमंत्री से मुलाकात कर राजस्थान की जन भावनाओं का सम्मान करवाएं, जैसा की विदित है पिछले लोकसभा चुनाव में भी राजस्थान की जनता ने 25 के 25 सांसद भाजपा को दिए हैं और लोगों की यही मनसा रही कि एक साथ 25 सांसदों का जीतना राजस्थानी के लिए सौभाग्य मान होगा पर बहुत दुखद बात रही कि अभी तक भी राजस्थानी भाषा को अपना निश्चित स्थान संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में नहीं मिला है।
चूंकि कांग्रेस सरकार द्वारा 2003 को सर्वसम्मति से प्रस्ताव पारित हो चुका था और केंद्र को भेजा भी जा चुका है पर फिर 20 वर्षों बाद भी केंद्र सरकार की भाषा के प्रति बेरुखी समस्त राजस्थान वासियों का अपमान है।
आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव को देखते हुए, आमजन की भावना का आदर करते हुए आप से निवेदन है कि राजस्थानी भाषा को आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल करवाने हेतु प्रधानमंत्री, गृह मंत्री अमित शाह से निवेदन करावे और राजस्थानी भाषा को संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल करवाने की कृपा करें।
स्वागत कार्यक्रम और ज्ञापन प्रस्तुत करने हेतु बड़ी संख्या में छात्र नेता भवानी सिंह तंवर, सरपंच सुभाष बिश्नोइ, पूर्व जिला युवा मोर्चा अध्यक्ष भागीरथ मुंड के नेतृत्व में विद्यार्थी तथा भाषा प्रेमी इक्कठे हुए तथा समस्त राजस्थान के हित, रोजगार, संस्कृति की बात मांग पत्र के माध्यम से रखी। इससे पूर्व सी. पी. जोशी का राधिका ने तिलक लगाकर स्वागत किया।

Due to political indifference or any other reason, such a rich language spoken in the geographical area of such a large state is not getting its importance, it is an insult to all the people of Rajasthan, therefore, you are requested that being the state president of BJP, you are the Prime Minister with immediate effect. Respect the sentiments of the people of Rajasthan by meeting him, as it is known that in the last Lok Sabha elections also, the people of Rajasthan have given 25 out of 25 MPs to the BJP and the people had the feeling that winning 25 MPs together would be a good luck for the Rajasthani. But it is very sad that even now Rajasthani language has not got its definite place in the eighth schedule of the constitution.
Since the resolution was unanimously passed by the Congress government in 2003 and has been sent to the center, but even after 20 years, the central government’s indifference towards the language is an insult to all the people of Rajasthan.
In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, respecting the sentiments of the common man, you are requested to request the Prime Minister, Home Minister Amit Shah to include Rajasthani language in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution and please include Rajasthani language in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution. Do it.
