हंसेरा की पूर्व सरपंच 5 वर्ष के लिए अयोग्य घोषित….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिले की लूणकरणसर पंचायत समिति की ग्राम पंचायत हंसेरा की पूर्व सरपंच धापू देवी को पंचायत राज संस्थाओं के चुनाव लड़ने हेतु 5 वर्ष के लिए अयोग्य घोषित किया गया है।
संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के. पवन ने बताया कि मनरेगा योजनान्तर्गत किए गए निर्माण कार्यों में वित्तीय अनियमितता की शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर लूणकरणसर पंचायत समिति की ग्राम पंचायत हंसेरा के पूर्व सरपंच धापू देवी के विरुद्ध राजस्थान पंचायती राज अधिनियम 1996 की धारा 22 (2) तथा स्कोर पंचायती राज नियम 1996 की धारा 22(7) के तहत कार्रवाई की गई है। इसके तहत धापू देवी को अगले 5 वर्ष तक पंचायती राज संस्थाओं के चुनाव लड़ने के लिए अयोग्य घोषित किया गया है।
संभागीय आयुक्त ने बताया कि शिकायत की जांच मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी जिला परिषद बीकानेर,अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो, हनुमानगढ़ तथा अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (प्रशासन) के द्वारा करवाई गई। जांच के बाद धापू देवी को व्यक्तिगत सुनवाई का अवसर दिया गया।
इस दौरान धापू देवी द्वारा ठोस साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत नहीं किए जा सके। जांच अधिकारी की रिपोर्ट से सहमत होते हुए संभागीय आयुक्त ने यह आदेश जारी किए।
Former sarpanch of Hansera disqualified for 5 years.
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Dhapu Devi, former sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Hansera of Lunkaransar Panchayat Samiti of the district, has been disqualified for 5 years to contest the elections of Panchayat Raj Institutions.
Divisional Commissioner Dr. Neeraj K. Pawan told that if the complaint of financial irregularity in the construction works done under the MNREGA scheme is found to be true, against Dhapu Devi, former sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Hansera of Lunkaransar Panchayat Samiti, Section 22 (2) of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act 1996 and Score Panchayati Raj Rules 1996 Action has been taken under section 22(7) of Cr. Under this, Dhapu Devi has been declared ineligible to contest the elections of Panchayati Raj Institutions for the next 5 years.
The Divisional Commissioner said that the complaint was investigated by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Bikaner, Additional Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Hanumangarh and Additional District Collector (Administration). After investigation, Dhapu Devi was given an opportunity of personal hearing.
During this, concrete evidence could not be presented by Dhapu Devi. Agreeing with the report of the Inquiry Officer, the Divisional Commissioner issued this order.
