राजकीय डूंगर महाविद्यालय में पांच करोड़ से अधिक राशि के विकास कार्यों का हुआ शिलान्यास

शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. कल्ला, आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री श्री मेघवाल और ऊर्जा मंत्री श्री भाटी बतौर अतिथि रहे मौजूद

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. बी. डी. कल्ला, आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री श्री गोविंद राम मेघवाल तथा ऊर्जा मंत्री श्री भंवर सिंह भाटी ने रविवार को राजकीय डूंगर महाविद्यालय में 5.02 करोड रुपए के विकास कार्यों का शिलान्यास किया।

इस अवसर पर शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. कल्ला ने कहा कि उच्च शिक्षा के मानचित्र पर बीकानेर का राजकीय डूंगर महाविद्यालय अपनी विशेष पहचान रखता है। प्रत्येक बीकानेरी को इस पर गर्व होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि वे यहां के पूर्व विद्यार्थी रहे हैं। वर्तमान में यहां पढ़ने वाले विद्यार्थियों को उच्च शिक्षा की बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलें, इसके लिए समर्पित भाव से कार्य कर रहे हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षकों और विद्यार्थियों पर इस महाविद्यालय की साख को बनाए रखने की जिम्मेदारी है। इसे ध्यान रखते हुए विद्यार्थी पूर्ण मनोयोग से शिक्षा ग्रहण करें तथा शिक्षक, विद्यार्थियों को बेहतर अवसर प्रदान करें। उन्होंने कहा कि इस महाविद्यालय के विद्यार्थी आरएएस और आईएस बनें, इसके लिए कोचिंग की अतिरिक्त व्यवस्था की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि राजकीय डूंगर महाविद्यालय के लिए 15 करोड़ रुपए हाल ही में बजट में स्वीकृत किए गए हैं।

आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री मेघवाल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत की पहल पर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नए महाविद्यालय खुले हैं। इससे युवाओं के लिए उच्च शिक्षा के अवसर बढ़े हैं। उन्होंने ज्योतिबा फुले और सावित्रीबाई फुले के शिक्षा में योगदान को याद किया और कहा कि भारतीय संविधान ने प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को आगे बढ़ने के समान अवसर दिए हैं। युवा पीढ़ी इसका लाभ उठाएं।

उन्होंने कहा कि डूंगर कॉलेज को पीटीईटी परीक्षा आयोजन के मद्देनजर मिलने वाली राशि के लिए मुख्यमंत्री और वित्त सचिव से बातचीत की जाएगी।

ऊर्जा मंत्री श्री भाटी ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा तो सवा चार वर्षों में हर वर्ग के कल्याण के लिए उल्लेखनीय कार्य किए हैं। उच्च शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में यह दौर, मील का पत्थर साबित हुआ है।

उन्होंने कहा कि आजादी से लेकर वर्ष 2018 तक प्रदेश में जितने महाविद्यालय खुले, उनसे अधिक महाविद्यालय वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा खुलवाए गए हैं। इन महाविद्यालयों के भवन निर्माण के लिए राशि स्वीकृत कर दी गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस दौरान महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय और राजकीय डूंगर महाविद्यालय में नए संकाय खोले गए हैं, जिनसे विद्यार्थियों को लाभ हुआ है।

राजकीय डूंगर महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य डॉ. जी.पी. सिंह ने स्वागत उद्बोधन दिया। उन्होंने महाविद्यालय के वर्तमान परिदृश्य और आवश्यकताओं के बारे में बताया।
कॉलेज शिक्षा के सहायक निदेशक डॉ राकेश हर्ष ने कहा कि करोड़ों रुपए के विकास कार्य महाविद्यालय के विकास में मील का पत्थर साबित होंगे।
उप प्राचार्य डॉ इंद्र सिंह राजपुरोहित ने आगंतुकों का आभार जताया।

इन कार्यों का किया शिलान्यास
अतिथियों ने राजकीय डूंगर महाविद्यालय की आंतरिक सड़क का शिलान्यास किया। इस पर 15.97 लाख रुपए व्यय होंगे। वहीं 280 लाख रुपए की लागत से बनने वाले राजकीय कन्या छात्रावास भवन, महाविद्यालय के प्रथम तल में 78 लाख रुपए की लागत से बनने वाले चार और चित्रकला विभाग के प्रथम तल पर 51 लाख रुपए की लागत से बनने वाले तीन कक्षा कक्षों के अलावा 24 लाख रुपए की लागत से जेएनवी गेट से प्रताप सभागार तक बनने वाली सीसी रोड का शिलान्यास किया। इस दौरान मंत्री गणों ने पौधारोपण भी किया।

इस अवसर पर राजकीय महारानी सुदर्शना महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्य डॉ. विजयश्री गुप्ता, महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्यालय के उप कुलसचिव डॉ. बिठ्ठल बिस्सा, राजकीय विधि महाविद्यालय के प्रिंसिपल डॉ. बी. आर.बिश्नोई, एडवोकेट गोपाल पुरोहित, नवरतन व्यास सहित डूंगर कॉलेज स्टाफ सदस्य, विद्यार्थी और अभिभावक मौजूद रहे।

Foundation stone laid for development works worth more than five crores in Government Dungar College

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Education Minister Dr.B. D. Kalla, Disaster Management Minister Shri Govind Ram Meghwal and Energy Minister Shri Bhanwar Singh Bhati laid the foundation stone of development works worth Rs 5.02 crore at Government Dungar College on Sunday.

On this occasion, Education Minister Dr. Kalla said that the Government Dungar College of Bikaner has its own special identity on the map of higher education. Every Bikaneri should be proud of this. He said that he has been an ex-student of this place. At present, the students studying here are working dedicatedly to get better facilities for higher education.

He said that it is the responsibility of the teachers and students to maintain the reputation of this college. Keeping this in mind, the students should take education with full enthusiasm and the teachers should provide better opportunities to the students. He said that additional arrangements should be made for coaching for the students of this college to become RAS and IS. He said that Rs 15 crore has been sanctioned in the budget recently for the Government Dungar College.

Disaster Management Minister Meghwal said that new colleges have been opened in rural areas on the initiative of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. This has increased the opportunities of higher education for the youth. He recalled the contribution of Jyotiba Phule and Savitribai Phule to education and said that the Indian Constitution has given equal opportunities to every individual to move forward. Let the younger generation take advantage of it.

He said that talks will be held with the Chief Minister and the Finance Secretary for the amount to be received by Dungar College in view of conducting PTET examination.

Energy Minister Mr. Bhati said that the state government has done remarkable work for the welfare of every section in the last four and a quarter years. This period has proved to be a milestone in the field of higher education.

He said that more colleges have been opened by the present government than the number of colleges opened in the state since independence till the year 2018. Funds have been sanctioned for the construction of buildings of these colleges. He said that during this period new faculties have been opened in Maharaja Ganga Singh University and Government Dungar College, which have benefited the students.

Principal of Government Dungar College Dr. G.P. Singh gave the welcome address. He told about the present scenario and requirements of the college.
Assistant Director of College Education Dr. Rakesh Harsh said that the development works worth crores of rupees will prove to be a milestone in the development of the college.

On the other hand, Government Girls Hostel building to be built at a cost of Rs. 280 lakh, four classrooms to be built at a cost of Rs. 78 lakh on the first floor of the college and three classrooms to be built at a cost of Rs. Laid the foundation stone of CC Road to be constructed from JNV Gate to Pratap Auditorium at a cost of Rs. During this, the ministers also planted saplings.

On this occasion Principal of Government Maharani Sudarshana College Dr. Vijayashree Gupta, Deputy Registrar of Maharaja Ganga Singh University Dr. Bithal Bissa, Principal of Government Law College Dr. B.K. R. Bishnoi, Advocate Gopal Purohit, Navratan Vyas along with Dungar College staff members, students and parents were present.
