MLA बिश्नोई ने सदन में फिर उठाया ईसीबी मुद्दा, कहा- बीकानेर में नहीं माने जा रहे हाईकोर्ट के आदेश

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। 27 दिनों से बीकानेर में ईसीबी कार्मिकों की ज्वाइनिंग को लेकर भाजपा नेता महावीर रांका की अगुवाई में आमरण अनशन चल रहा है, लेकिन बीकानेर में हाईकोर्ट के आदेश नहीं माने जा रहे हैं। यह बात एमएलए बिहारीलाल बिश्नोई ने सदन में ईसीबी मुद्दे को उठाते हुए कही। एमएलए बिश्नोई ने सदन में सभापति को बताया कि पिछले दिनों स्थगन के दौरान भी ईसीबी कार्मिकों की नियुक्ति का मुद्दा उठाया गया था।
ईसीबी के 18 कार्मिकों को बिना किसी सूचना, बिना किसी विधिक कार्यवाही के निष्कासित कर दिया गया। उक्त कार्मिकों की ज्वाइनिंग के आदेश भी हाईकोर्ट से दे दिए गए हैं लेकिन उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों की अवमानना की जा रही है।
भाजपा नेता महावीर रांका ने बताया कि नोखा विधायक बिहारीलाल बिश्नोई ने उक्त कार्मिकों की पीड़ा को समझते हुए मुद्दे को सदन में दूसरी बार पेश किया है और मंत्री व मुख्यमंत्री की पोल खोली है।
सच्चाई व संघर्ष में बिश्नोई ने जनता का साथ देते हुए अपना राजनैतिक धर्म निभाया है। पूर्व पार्षद राजेन्द्र शर्मा ने बताया कि शनिवार को अनशन स्थल पर धर्मपरायण एवं समाजसेविका स्व. कमला देवी नाहटा को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई।
गौरतलब है कि स्व. कमला देवी नाहटा धर्मपत्नी स्व. खेमचंद नाहटा पूर्व यूआईटी चैयरमेन महावीर रांका की भुआजी थीं तथा धर्म व सेवा कार्यों में अग्रणी थीं। कुलदीप यादव ने बताया कि शनिवार को चार अनशनकारियों मोहम्मद ताहिर, मधुसूदन शर्मा, तेजाराम राव और आनन्द शर्मा की तबीयत खराब होने पर अस्पताल ले जाया गया।
इनके स्थान पर मगाराम सियाग, हरिशंकर सियाग, रामदेव गोदारा, हरिराम गोदारा, ओमसिंह आमरण अनशन पर डटे हुए हैं। अनशन स्थल पर प्रणव भोजक, सुभाष गोयल, गणेश जाजड़ा, आनन्द सोनी, कैलाश पारीक, मनोज पडि़हार, गौरीशंकर देवड़ा, मोहम्मद ताहिर, मधुसूदन शर्मा, मालचंद जोशी, शंकरसिंह राजपुरोहित, ओम राजपुरोहित, जितेन्द्र सिंह भाटी, तेजाराम राव, श्रवण चौधरी, शंभु गहलोत, रतनलाल पारीक, जय उपाध्याय उपस्थित रहे।

The fast unto death led by BJP leader Mahavir Ranka is going on in Bikaner for the joining of ECB personnel for 27 days, but the orders of the High Court are not being accepted in Bikaner. MLA Bihari Lal Bishnoi said this while raising the ECB issue in the House. MLA Bishnoi told the Chairman in the House that the issue of appointment of ECB personnel was raised during the adjournment also.
18 employees of ECB were terminated without any notice, without any legal action. The joining orders of the said personnel have also been given from the High Court, but the orders of the High Court are being disobeyed.
BJP leader Mahaveer Ranka said that Nokha MLA Bihari Lal Bishnoi, understanding the suffering of the said personnel, has presented the issue for the second time in the House and has exposed the Minister and the Chief Minister.
Bishnoi has followed his political religion by supporting the public in truth and struggle. Former councilor Rajendra Sharma told that on Saturday, the devout and social worker late at the site of the fast. Tributes were paid to Kamla Devi Nahata.
It is noteworthy that self. Kamla Devi Nahta wife Late. Khemchand Nahata was the sister-in-law of former UIT Chairman Mahavir Ranka and was a leader in religious and service works. Kuldeep Yadav told that on Saturday four hunger strikers Mohammad Tahir, Madhusudan Sharma, Tejaram Rao and Anand Sharma were taken to the hospital due to ill health.
In their place, Magaram Siyag, Harishankar Siyag, Ramdev Godara, Hariram Godara, Om Singh are on fast unto death. Pranav Bhojak, Subhash Goyal, Ganesh Jajda, Anand Soni, Kailash Pareek, Manoj Padihar, Gaurishankar Deora, Mohammad Tahir, Madhusudan Sharma, Malchand Joshi, Shankarsinh Rajpurohit, Om Rajpurohit, Jitendra Singh Bhati, Tejaram Rao, Shravan Chowdhary, Shambhu at the place of fast Gehlot, Ratanlal Pareek, Jai Upadhyay were present.
