बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला उद्योग संघ अध्यक्ष द्वारकाप्रसाद पचीसिया ने सूक्ष्म एवं लघु उद्यम सुविधा परिषद बीकानेर संभाग से प्राप्त पत्र के आधार पर सदस्य इकाइयों को एमएसएमई ओडीआर पोर्टल के उपयोग करने हेतु प्रोत्साहित करते हुए बताया कि एमएसएमई मंत्रालय भारत सरकार द्वारा एमएसएमई ऑनलाइन विवाद का समाधान का शुभारंभ राष्ट्रपति द्वारा 27 जून 2025 को कर दिया गया है।

एमएसएमई मंत्रालय की यह डिजिटल पहल सूक्ष्म एवं लघु उद्योगों के विलंबित भुगतान के संदर्भ में डिजिटल समाधान की सुविधा प्रदान कर रही हैं।

इसी क्रम में एमएसएमई मंत्रालय भारत सरकार द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार के दोहराव एवं अनावश्यकता से बचने के लिए दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर 2025 से सभी नए विलंबित भुगतान के प्रकरण केवल एमएसएमई ओडीआर पोर्टल पर ही दर्ज किये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

District Industries Association President Dwarka Prasad Pachisia, based on a letter received from the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Bikaner Division, encouraged member units to use the MSME ODR portal, stating that the President had launched the MSME Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) program by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, on June 27, 2025.

This digital initiative by the Ministry of MSME is facilitating digital resolution of pending payments for micro and small enterprises.

In this context, to avoid duplication and redundancy, the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, has decided that all new pending payment cases will be registered exclusively on the MSME ODR portal from October 15, 2025.
