विधायक जेठानंद व्यास, जिला कलक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि सहित अन्य अतिथियों ने की शुरूआत

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। तीन दिवसीय ग्रेन इंडस्ट्री एक्सपो का शुभारम्भ शुक्रवार को पाॅलिटेक्निक काॅलेज मैदान में हुआ।

शुभारम्भ समारोह में बीकानेर पश्चिम विधायक जेठानंद व्यास, जिला कलक्टर नम्रता वृष्णि, सरदार पटेल मेडिकल काॅलेज के प्राचार्य डाॅ. सुरेन्द्र वर्मा, श्री ब्रह्म गायत्री सेवाश्रम के अधिष्ठाता रामेश्वरानंद तथा जिला उद्योग संघ के अध्यक्ष द्वारका प्रसाद पचीसिया मौजूद रहे।

इस अवसर पर विधायक जेठानंद व्यास ने कहा कि बीकानेर में औद्योगिक विकास की अपार संभावनाएं हैं। इसमें परम्परागत तरीके के साथ नई तकनीकों का समावेश होगा तो अच्छे परिणाम आएंगे।

उन्होंने कहा कि देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में बनी इन अत्याधुनिक मशीनों से पैकेजिंग, मूल्य संवर्धन और पैकेजिंग को नई पहचान मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि स्थानीय उद्यमी इनका अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएं।

जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा जिले के औद्योगिक विकास की दिशा में उल्लेखनीय कार्य किया जा रहा है। राइजिंग राजस्थान जैसे आयोजन ने इसे और अधिक गति दी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि बीकानेर में औद्योगिक विकास की संभावनाओं को देखते हुए ऐसे आयोजन समय-समय पर होने चाहिए तथा उद्यमियों द्वारा इनका लाभ लेना चाहिए।

मेडिकल काॅलेज प्राचार्य डाॅ. सुरेन्द्र वर्मा ने कहा कि उत्पादन के साथ उसकी गुणवत्ता का ध्यान रखना भी जरूरी है। अत्याधुनिक मशीनें इस दिशा में भी महत्वपूर्ण रहेंगी।

रामेश्वरानंद ने कहा कि खेतों में कृषि कार्य करने से लेकर इनकी पैकेजिंग तथा मार्केटिंग से जुड़े प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को लाभ हो, इसके लिए अत्याधुनिक तकनीकों को अपनाना जरूरी है।

बीकानेर जिला उद्योग संघ के अध्यक्ष द्वारका प्रसाद पचीसिया ने बताया कि बीकानेर फूड इंडस्ट्री का हब है। यहां मेगा फूड पार्क और गैस पाइपलाइन मंजूर होने के बाद बड़ी कंपनिया बीकानेर का रुख कर रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि बीकानेर दाल मील एसोसिएशन के सहयोग से दूसरी बार हो रहे इस आयोजन का उद्यमियों को लाभ मिलेगा।

दाल मील एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष जयकिशन अग्रवाल ने बताया कि तीन दिवसीय एक्सपो में पंजाब, गुजरात, कर्नाटक, हरियाणा, दिल्ली और राजस्थान सहित विभिन्न प्रदेशों के मशीनरी निर्माताओं की 60 स्टाॅल्स लगाई गई हैं। इसका उद्देश्य बीकानेर के उद्यमियों को अत्याधुनिक तकनीक से रूबरू करवाना है।

बीकानेर दाल मिल्स एसोसिएशन के उपाध्यक्ष राजकुमार पचीसिया ने बताया कि मेले हमारी भारतीय संस्कृति में व्यापार, वाणिज्य और विपणन की प्राचीन व्यवस्था है और आज भी आधुनिक युग में यह प्रासंगिक है।

इवेंट डायरेक्टर बृजलाल भारद्वाज एवं पवन भारद्वाज ने बताया कि 10 से 12 अक्टूबर तक आयोजित होने वाले ग्रेन इंडस्ट्री एक्सपो में मशीनरी निर्माता कंपनियों द्वारा अनाज, दाल, तेल, चावल, मसाले, पोहा एवं मूंगफली दानों की प्रोसेसिंग मशीनों को प्रदर्शित किया गया है।

इस दौरान बीकानेर दाल मिल्स एसोसिएशन सचिव अशोक गहलोत, बीकाजी के दीपक अग्रवाल, नरसिंह दास मीमाणी, ओमप्रकाश मोदी, राजस्थान रोलर फ्लोर मिल्स एसोसिएसन अध्यक्ष गोविंद ग्रोवर, विजय कुमार थिरानी, नरेश मित्तल, अनन्तवीर जैन, अश्विनी पचीसिया, रामप्रसाद मीमाणी, अशोक वासवानी, राजकुमार गहलोत, प्रकाश सोनावत, संदीप अग्रवाल, मूंगफली दाना एसोसिएशन उपाध्यक्ष दिनेश जैन, पारस डागा, डूंगर प्रजापत, विनय गोयल, प्रवेश गोयल, संदीप बाहेती सहित अनेक लोग मौजूद रहे।

Grain Industry Expo begins at Polytechnic College…

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The three-day Grain Industry Expo was inaugurated on Friday at the Polytechnic College grounds.

Bikaner West MLA Jethanand Vyas, District Collector Mrs. Namrata Vrishni, Principal of Sardar Patel Medical College Dr. Surendra Verma, Rector of Shri Brahma Gayatri Sevashram Rameshwaranand, and President of the District Industries Association Dwarka Prasad Pachisia were present at the inauguration ceremony.

On this occasion, MLA Jethanand Vyas said that Bikaner has immense potential for industrial development. Incorporating new technologies along with traditional methods will yield positive results.

He said that these state-of-the-art machines manufactured in various regions of the country will give a new identity to packaging, value addition, and packaging. He urged local entrepreneurs to take maximum advantage of them.

The District Collector stated that the Central and State governments are making significant progress in the district’s industrial development. Events like Rising Rajasthan have further accelerated this progress.

He stated that given the potential for industrial development in Bikaner, such events should be held periodically, and entrepreneurs should take advantage of them.

Medical College Principal Dr. Surendra Verma stated that quality is essential along with production. State-of-the-art machines will be crucial in this regard.

Rameshwaranand stated that adopting modern technologies is essential to ensure everyone involved, from agricultural work in the fields to packaging and marketing, benefits.

Dwarka Prasad Pachisia, President of the Bikaner District Industries Association, stated that Bikaner is a hub for the food industry. Following the approval of the Mega Food Park and gas pipeline, major companies are moving to Bikaner. He said that entrepreneurs will benefit from this second event, being held in collaboration with the Bikaner Dal Mills Association.

Dal Mills Association President Jaikishan Agarwal stated that 60 stalls of machinery manufacturers from various states, including Punjab, Gujarat, Karnataka, Haryana, Delhi, and Rajasthan, have been set up at the three-day expo. The objective is to introduce Bikaner entrepreneurs to cutting-edge technology.

Bikaner Dal Mills Association Vice President Rajkumar Pachisia stated that fairs are an ancient system of trade, commerce, and marketing in Indian culture and remain relevant even in the modern era.

Event Directors Brijlal Bhardwaj and Pawan Bhardwaj stated that machinery manufacturing companies will showcase processing machines for grains, pulses, oil, rice, spices, flattened rice, and peanuts at the Grain Industry Expo, being held from October 10th to 12th.
