बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। उत्तर पश्चिम रेलवे कर्मचारी संघ लालगढ़ कार्यशाला का वार्षिक अधिवेशन आज एम पी कॉलोनी स्थित देवकीनंदन भवन में आयोजित किया गया।

अधिवेशन में रेल कर्मचारियों से जुड़ी समस्याओं जैसे OPS की बहाली, 8वें वेतन आयोग के गठन में हो रही देरी, निजीकरण, रेलवे में निरंतर पदों को सरेंडर किए जाने, कारखाना से सम्बंधित समस्याओं जैसी अन्य ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर गहन चर्चा एवं विचार विमर्श किया गया। इन मुद्दों को रेल प्रशासन एवं सरकार के समक्ष पुरजोर तरीके से उठाने एवं रणनीति बनाकर रेल कर्मचारियों को उनके अधिकार दिलाने के लिए एकजुट होकर लड़ाई लड़ने का आह्वान किया गया।

कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करते हुए सरकारी कर्मचारी राष्ट्रीय परिसंघ (जीइएनसी) के अखिल भारतीय अध्यक्ष तथा भारतीय रेलवे मजदूर संघ के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष अजय कुमार त्रिपाठी ने विस्तार से मान्यता प्राप्त संगठनों एवं उत्तर पश्चिम रेलवे कर्मचारी संघ की कार्यपद्धति पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान मान्यताप्राप्त यूनियन ही रेलकर्मियों की समस्त समस्याओं के सृजन के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।

महामंत्री विनय कुमार झा ने अपने उद्बोधन में कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं को मुखरता के साथ उठाने का आह्वान किया और विश्वास जताया कि रेल प्रशासन को इन समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए युवा शक्ति अवश्य मजबूर करेगी।

भारतीय मजदूर संघ के जिला मंत्री दीपक चतुर्वेदी ने विस्तार से भारतीय मजदूर संघ की राष्ट्रवादी रीति – नीति से कार्यकर्ताओं को परिचित कराते हुए कहा कि हम निष्ठावान रेल कर्मचारी हैं जबकि दूसरी यूनियनें ”चाहे जो मजबूरी हो, हमारी मांगें पूरी हो” के सिद्धांत पर कार्य करती हैं, इसलिए अन्तर स्पष्ट है।

अधिवेशन में लालगढ़ कार्यशाला की पुरानी कार्यकारिणी को भंग कर नई कार्यकारिणी का गठन किया गया जिसमें सर्वसम्मति से मुकेश पलसानिया अध्यक्ष तथा मुकेश कुमार शर्मा सचिव निर्वाचित हुए।

इस अवसर पर ZRUCC सदस्य जगदीश कुमार शर्मा, भारतीय मजदूर संघ के जिला संगठन मंत्री विजय सिंह राजपुरोहित, निवर्तमान अध्यक्ष विक्रांत जांगू, बलदेव राम एवं बड़ी संख्या में उत्तर पश्चिम रेलवे कर्मचारी संघ के पदाधिकारी गण एवं कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The annual convention of North Western Railway Employees Union, Lalgarh Workshop was held today at Devkinandan Bhawan in MP Colony.

In the convention, there was an in-depth discussion and deliberation on the problems related to railway employees such as restoration of OPS, delay in formation of 8th Pay Commission, privatization, continuous surrender of posts in railways, factory related problems and other burning issues. These issues were strongly raised before the railway administration and the government and a call was given to fight unitedly to get the railway employees their rights by making a strategy.

Addressing the workers, Ajay Kumar Tripathi, All India President of Government Employees National Confederation (GENC) and Executive President of Indian Railway Mazdoor Sangh, elaborately threw light on the recognized organizations and the working methods of the North Western Railway Employees Union. He said that the current recognized unions are responsible for creating all the problems of the railway employees.

General Secretary Vinay Kumar Jha in his speech called for raising the problems of the employees boldly and expressed confidence that the youth power will certainly force the railway administration to solve these problems.

District Minister of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh Deepak Chaturvedi, while introducing the workers to the nationalist principles of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh in detail, said that we are loyal railway employees while other unions work on the principle of “whatever be the compulsion, our demands should be fulfilled”, so the difference is clear.

In the convention, the old executive of Lalgarh workshop was dissolved and a new executive was formed in which Mukesh Palsaniya was unanimously elected as the President and Mukesh Kumar Sharma as the Secretary.

On this occasion, ZRUCC member Jagdish Kumar Sharma, District Organization Minister of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh Vijay Singh Rajpurohit, outgoing President Vikrant Jangu, Baldev Ram and a large number of officials and workers of North Western Railway Employees Union were present.
