आईसीएआई बीकानेर ब्रांच की वार्षिक साधारण सभा सम्पन्न….

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स ऑफ इंडिया (ICAI) की बीकानेर ब्रांच की वार्षिक साधारण सभा दिनांक 26 जुलाई 2025 को ब्रांच भवन, शिव वैली, जी.एस. रोड, बीकानेर में सफलता पूर्वक सम्पन्न हुई।

ब्रांच अध्यक्ष सीए हेतराम पूनिया ने बताया कि इस सभा में वर्ष 2024-25 की वार्षिक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई, जिसमें वर्षभर की प्रमुख गतिविधियों की जानकारी सदस्यों के समक्ष रखी गई। इसके साथ ही ब्रांच के ऑडिटेड वित्तीय विवरण सभा में प्रस्तुत किए गए, जिन पर विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की गई। बाद में इन्हें सदन द्वारा सर्वसम्मति से स्वीकृत किया गया।

इस अवसर पर ब्रांच की प्रबंधन समिति के सदस्य सीए मुकेश शर्मा (उपाध्यक्ष), सीए सुमित नौलखा (सचिव), सीए राजेश भूरा (कोषाध्यक्ष), सीए मोहित सिंह बैद (कार्यकारी समिति सदस्य), सीए अभय शर्मा (सीआईसीएएसए चेयरमैन) एवं सीए जसवंत सिंह बैद (तत्काल भूतपूर्व अध्यक्ष) उपस्थित रहे। इसके अलावा भूतपूर्व अध्यक्ष सीए राहुल पचिसिया एवं सीए गौरव अग्रवाल सहित अन्य सदस्य भी इस अवसर पर उपस्थित रहे।

सभा के समापन अवसर पर ब्रांच अध्यक्ष सीए हेतराम पूनिया ने सभी सदस्यों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए उनके निरंतर सहयोग एवं सक्रिय भागीदारी के लिए धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।

ICAI Bikaner Branch Annual General Meeting concluded….

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The Annual General Meeting of the Bikaner Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) was successfully held on 26 July 2025 at Branch Bhawan, Shiv Valley, GS Road, Bikaner.

Branch President CA Hetram Poonia said that the annual report for the year 2024-25 was presented in this meeting, in which information about the major activities of the year was placed before the members. Along with this, the audited financial statements of the branch were presented in the meeting, which were discussed in detail. Later they were unanimously approved by the House.

On this occasion, members of the branch’s management committee CA Mukesh Sharma (Vice President), CA Sumit Naulakha (Secretary), CA Rajesh Bhura (Treasurer), CA Mohit Singh Baid (Executive Committee Member), CA Abhay Sharma (CICASA Chairman) and CA Jaswant Singh Baid (Immediate Past President) were present. Apart from this, other members including former president CA Rahul Pachisia and CA Gaurav Agarwal were also present on this occasion.

At the end of the meeting, Branch President CA Hetram Poonia expressed his gratitude to all the members and thanked them for their continuous cooperation and active participation.
