बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शैक्षणिक सत्र 2024-25 में राजस्थान के मूल निवासियों के लिए अनुसूचित जाति/अनु. जनजाति / विशेष समूह योजना (पूर्व में विशेष पिछड़ा वर्ग) / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/आर्थिक पिछड़ा वर्ग / विमुक्त, घुमन्तु एवं अर्द्धघुमन्तु / मिरासी एवं भिश्ती / मुख्यमंत्री सर्वजन उच्च शिक्षा उत्तर मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजनाओं में राज्य की राजकीय/निजी मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थाओं एवं राज्य के बाहर संचालित राजकीय/राष्ट्रीय स्तर की शिक्षण संस्थाओं के पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेशित/अध्ययनरत (कक्षा 11 व 12 के अतिरिक्त) संस्थाओं शिक्षण के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा www.sjmsnew.Rajasthan.gov.in/scholarship अथवा एसएसओ पोर्टल पर स्कॉलरशिप एसजेई ऐप अथवा मोबाईल ऐप एसजेईडी एप्लीकेशन के माध्यम से पेपरलेस ऑनलाईन आवेदन पत्र भरने की अंतिम तिथि/पोर्टल बन्द करने की तिथि 30 अप्रैल 2025 निर्धारित की गई है।
सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एलडी पंवार ने बताया कि आवेदन पत्र भरने से पूर्व विद्यार्थियों को विभिन्न दस्तावेज/सूचनाएं तैयार रखना आवश्यक होगा। सभी दस्तावेज जनाधार/राज ई वोल्ट/डीजी लॉकर से ऑनलाईन ही लिए जाएंगे। जैसे आय का विवरण, मूल निवास, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, गत वर्ष की अंकतालिकाएं आदि। वांछित दस्तावेज ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध नही होने के पर मूल दस्तावेज को रंगीन स्कैन कर पोर्टल पर यथास्थान अपलोड करना होगा।
योजनाओं से संबधित दिशा-निर्देश, नियम एवं संलग्न किये जाने वाले दस्तावेजों की भली भांति अध्ययन कर ही आवेदन करेंगे। योजना से संबधित नियम, दिशा-निर्देश विभागीय वेबसाईट पर उपलब्ध हैं।
पंवार ने बताया कि विद्यार्थियों की आधारभूत सूचना व आय विवरण आदि यथा नाम, जाति, लिंग, आयु, पिता का नाम, माता का नाम, धर्म, बैंक खाता संख्या, मोबाईल नंबर, आवेदक के परिवार की समस्त स्त्रोतो से वार्षिक आय का विवरण आदि जनाधार पोर्टल से ली जा रही है।
विद्यार्थी के शैक्षणिक रिकॉर्ड एवं जनाधार पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध डाटा में कोई भिन्नता होन पर शैक्षणिक रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार जनाधार पोर्टल में अंकित सूचना में ही संशोधन करवाया जाना आवश्यक होगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि महाविद्यालयों द्वारा संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय से शैक्षणिक सत्र 2024-25 की मान्यता संबद्धता एवं पाठ्यकम संचालन की अनुमति प्राप्त पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन अथवा अपडेशन नही किया है। वे संस्थाएं छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर प्रदर्शित नहीं होगी।
इसके अभाव में विभाग द्वारा महाविद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थी ऑनलाईन आवेदन नहीं कर सकेंगे। इसके मद्देनजर शिक्षण संस्थानों को छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर पंजीयन करने से पूर्व यह अर्हता प्राप्त कर छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर 21 अप्रैल 2025 तक पंजीयन किया जाना अनिवार्य है।

In the academic session 2024-25, the last date for filling the paperless online application form/closing date of the portal by the students of the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / Special Group Scheme (formerly Special Backward Classes) / Other Backward Classes / Economically Backward Classes / Vimukta, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic / Mirasi and Bhisti / Chief Minister Sarvajan Higher Education Post Matric Scholarship Schemes admitted/studying in the courses of government/private recognized educational institutions of the state and government/national level educational institutions operating outside the state (except class 11 and 12) through www.sjmsnew.Rajasthan.gov.in/scholarship or Scholarship SJE App or Mobile App SJED Application on SSO Portal has been fixed as 30 April 2025.
Joint Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Department LD Panwar said that before filling the application form, students will have to keep various documents / information ready. All documents will be taken online from Janadhaar / Raj e Volt / DG Locker. Such as income details, domicile, caste certificate, last year’s mark sheets etc. If the desired documents are not available online, the original document will have to be scanned in color and uploaded on the portal at the appropriate place.
Apply only after thoroughly studying the guidelines, rules and documents to be attached related to the schemes. Rules and guidelines related to the scheme are available on the departmental website.
Panwar said that basic information and income details of students such as name, caste, gender, age, father’s name, mother’s name, religion, bank account number, mobile number, details of annual income of the applicant’s family from all sources etc. are being taken from the Janadhaar portal.
In case of any difference in the academic record of the student and the data available on the Janadhar portal, it will be necessary to make amendments in the information mentioned in the Janadhar portal as per the academic record.
He informed that the colleges have not registered or updated on the portal for recognition, affiliation and permission to conduct the course for the academic session 2024-25 from the concerned university. Those institutions will not be displayed on the scholarship portal.
In the absence of this, the students studying in the colleges will not be able to apply online by the department. In view of this, it is mandatory for the educational institutions to obtain this qualification before registering on the scholarship portal and register on the scholarship portal by 21 April 2025.
