एक साथ संचालित होंगे राज्य के सभी स्कूल, सर्दी में स्कूल का समय सुबह दस से चार बजे तक रहेगा; समय बदला तो होगी कार्रवाई
बीकानेर/जयपुर, @MaruSangram। शिक्षा विभाग ने प्रदेश के सभी सरकारी और प्राइवेट स्कूल को एक साथ संचालित करने के आदेश दिए हैं। शिक्षा विभाग से जुड़े प्रदेश के सभी स्कूल एक साथ शुरू होंगे ओर एक साथ ही छुट्टी होगी।
अगर कोई प्राइवेट स्कूल इन आदेशों की अवहेलना करेगा तो उस पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। यहां तक कि मान्यता भी वापस ली जा सकती है।
माध्यमिक शिक्षा निदेशक आशीष मोदी की ओर से जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि सर्दी के समय में एकल पारी स्कूल सुबह दस बजे से चार बजे तक ही संचालित होंगे। इसके अलावा दो पारी स्कूल सुबह साढ़े सात बजे से साढ़े पांच बजे तक संचालित हो सकते हैं।
दो पारी स्कूल की प्रत्येक पारी सर्दी में पांच घंटे की रहेगी। वहीं गर्मी में सभी एक पारी के स्कूल सुबह साढ़े सात बजे से एक बजे तक संचालित होंगे, वहीं दो पारी स्कूल सुबह सात बजे से छह बजे तक संचालित होंगे। दो पारी स्कूलों में प्रत्येक पारी साढ़े पांच घंटे की होगी। दो पारी स्कूलों में सर्दी में आधा घंटे कम पढ़ाई होगी।
निदेशक ने कहा है कि विभाग के ध्यान में आया है कि राज्य में संचालित गैर सरकारी स्कूल शिविरा कलेंडर की पूर्णतया पालना नहीं कर रहे हैं।
सर्दी बढ़ने के बाद भी स्कूलों का संचालन सुबह जल्दी किया जा रहा है। इससे स्टूडेंट्स के स्वास्थ्य पर असर पड़ रहा है। अगर कोई प्राइवेट स्कूल शिविरा कलेंडर की पूर्णतया पालना नहीं करता है तो संबंधित विद्यालय के खिलाफ राजस्थान गैर सरकारी शैक्षिक संस्था अधिनियम के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। ऐसे में स्कूलों की मान्यता व क्रमोन्नति भी वापस ली जा सकती है।
सुबह छह बजे आती है बस
सर्दी बढ़ने के बाद भी सुबह छह बजे बच्चों को लेने के लिए स्कूल बस आ जाती है। ऐसे में स्टूडेंट्स को भरी सर्दी में सुबह पांच बजे उठकर तैयार होना पड़ता है। जो स्कूल घर से पंद्रह किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है, वहां स्टूडेंट्स को एक घंटे पहले निकलना पड़ता है। अब राज्यभर में समान समय पर स्कूल संचालित करने से स्टूडेंट्स को राहत मिल सकती है।

In the order issued by Director of Secondary Education Ashish Modi, it has been said that in winter, single shift schools will operate only from 10 am to 4 pm. Apart from this, two shift schools can operate from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Each shift of two shift school will be of five hours in winter. In summer, all single shift schools will operate from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm, while double shift schools will operate from 7:00 am to 6:00 am. Each shift in double shift schools will be of 5:15 hours. In double shift schools, classes will be half an hour less in winter.
The director has said that it has come to the notice of the department that the non-government schools operating in the state are not fully following the Shivira calendar.
Even after the winter has increased, schools are being operated early in the morning. This is affecting the health of the students. If any private school does not fully follow the Shivira calendar, then action will be taken against the concerned school under the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act. In such a case, the recognition and promotion of the schools can also be withdrawn.
The bus comes at six in the morning
Even after the winter has increased, the school bus comes to pick up the children at six in the morning. In such a situation, the students have to get up at five in the morning and get ready in the extreme cold. In the school which is fifteen kilometers away from home, the students have to leave one hour earlier. Now students can get relief by operating schools at the same time across the state.
