बीकानेर में दो चरणों में होगी नीलामी, इस प्रक्रिया से करें आवेदन……

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। नगर विकास न्यास की विभिन्न आवासीय एवं व्यावसायिक योजनाओं में दीपावली के अवसर पर आवासीय एवं व्यावसायिक कम आवासीय भूखंडों की नीलामी दो चरणों में की जाएगी।

न्यास सचिव अपर्णा गुप्ता ने बताया कि जिला कलक्टर एवं नगर विकास न्यास अध्यक्ष के निर्देशानुसार इसका कार्यक्रम निर्धारित किया गया है।

पहले चरण में 4 से 18 नवंबर तक करणी नगर, मुरलीधर व्यास नगर और पुरानी जेल योजना के भूखंडों की नीलामी होगा। वहीं दूसरे चरण में 11 से 25 नवंबर तक अशोक नगर, स्वर्ण जयंती विस्तार एवं व्यापार नगर क्षेत्र के भूखंडों की नीलामी रखी गई है।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. On the occasion of Diwali, residential and commercial cum residential plots will be auctioned in two phases in various residential and commercial schemes of Nagar Vikas Nyas.

Nyas Secretary Aparna Gupta said that its program has been scheduled as per the instructions of District Collector and Nagar Vikas Nyas Chairman.

In the first phase, auction of plots of Karni Nagar, Muralidhar Vyas Nagar and Old Jail Scheme will be held from 4 to 18 November. In the second phase, auction of plots of Ashok Nagar, Swarn Jayanti Extension and Vyapar Nagar area has been scheduled from 11 to 25 November.
