भीलवाड़ा, @MaruSangram। भीलवाड़ा के मांडलगढ़ से पूर्व विधायक और कांग्रेस नेता विवेक धाकड़ (47) ने गुरुवार सुबह साढ़े 7 बजे अपने घर में सुसाइड कर लिया। धाकड़ ने अपने हाथों की नसें काट लीं। इसके बाद उन्हें महात्मा गांधी हॉस्पिटल में ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टर ने मृत घोषित कर दिया।
विवेक 2019 के उप चुनाव में मांडलगढ़ से विधायक चुने गए थे। 2023 विधानसभा चुनाव में विवेक भाजपा के गोपाल शर्मा से हार गए थे।
धाकड़ बुधवार को कांग्रेस के लोकसभा प्रत्याशी सीपी जोशी के नामांकन के दौरान कलेक्टर कार्यालय में मौजूद थे। वो जोर-शोर से प्रचार कर रहे थे।
गुरुवार सुबह भीलवाड़ा के विवेक विहार स्थित अपने आवास पर उनके सुसाइड करने से हर कोई स्तब्ध है। धाकड़ के शव को भीलवाड़ा स्थित महात्मा गांधी हॉस्पिटल में रखवाया गया है।

बताया जा रहा है कि घरेलू तनाव के कारण विवेक ने सुबह अपने दोनो हाथों के नसें काट ली थी। घटना के समय उसके पिता कन्हैया लाल धाकड़ मॉर्निंग वॉक पर गए हुए थे। वे आए तब आराम कुर्सी पर विवेक की गर्दन लुढ़की हुई थी और हाथ खून बह रहा था।

Bhilwara, @MaruSangram. Former MLA from Mandalgarh in Bhilwara and Congress leader Vivek Dhakad (47) committed suicide at his home on Thursday morning at 7.30 am. Dhakad cut the veins of his hands. After this, he was taken to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, where the doctor declared him dead.
Vivek was elected MLA from Mandalgarh in the 2019 by-election. Vivek lost to BJP’s Gopal Sharma in the 2023 assembly elections.
Dhakad was present at the Collector’s office on Wednesday during the nomination of Congress’ Lok Sabha candidate CP Joshi. He was campaigning vigorously.
Everyone is shocked by his suicide at his residence in Vivek Vihar, Bhilwara on Thursday morning. Dhakad’s body has been kept at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Bhilwara.

It is being said that due to domestic tension, Vivek had cut the veins of both his hands in the morning. At the time of the incident, his father Kanhaiya Lal Dhakad had gone for a morning walk. When he returned, Vivek’s neck was bent on the recliner chair and his hand was bleeding.
