बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। श्रीडूंगरगढ़ में नाबालिग लड़की को साथ ले जाने वाली टीचर के खिलाफ पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला बना है। टीचर को आज पोक्सो कोर्ट में पेश किया गया, जहां से उसे न्यायिक हिरासत देते हुए जेल भेज दिया गया।

टीचर के खिलाफ पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया। स्कूल से जिस लड़की को लेकर टीचर गई थी, वो साढ़े सत्रह साल की थी। ऐसे में वीडियो में उसकी ओर से दिए गए बयानों को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया जा रहा। नाबालिग लड़की को उसके माता-पिता की अनुमति के बिना ले जाने के कारण टीचर पर मामला दर्ज हुआ है। टीचर का आज ही मेडिकल भी करवाया गया।

नाबालिग छात्रा की और से पैरवी एडवोकेट मोहनलाल सोनी ने की। सोनी ने मीडिया को बताया कि न्यायालय ने आरोपी को न्यायिक हिरासत में बीकानेर जेल भेजा है। न्यायालय ने 15 दिनों की न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भेजने के आदेश दिए हैं। अब टीचर की ओर से भी जमानत के लिए याचिका लगाई जा सकती है।

चैन्नई से पकड़ा था दोनों को
टीचर और उसकी नाबालिग स्टूडेंट को पुलिस ने चैन्नई से दबोचा था। में बीकानेर लाकर पूछताछ की गई। इसके बाद टीचर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। टीचर और स्टूडेंट दोनों का मेडिकल मुआयना करवाया गया।

टीचर को पोक्सो कोर्ट में पेश किया गया, जहां से न्यायिक हिरासत के आदेश हुए। अब उसे बीकानेर जेल भेजा गया है।
