बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान राज्य भारत स्काउट गाइड मंडल मुख्यालय बीकानेर के तत्वावधान में आयोजित मंडल स्तरीय कब बुलबुल उत्सव का समापन अतिरिक्त संभागीय आयुक्त ए. एच. गोरी के मुख्य आतिथ्य तथा राजेंद्र जोशी सहायक स्टेट कमिश्नर की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुआ।

इस अवसर पर अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन देते हुए सहायक स्टेट कमिश्नर राजेन्द्र जोशी ने कहा कि स्काउट गाइड अपने आप में एक खेल है जहां पर बालकों का शारीरिक, मानसिक, चारित्रिक, आध्यात्मिक, सामाजिक एवं नैतिक विकास किया जाता है।

जोशी ने कहा कि अनुशासन की पाठशाला है स्काउट- गाइड, उन्होंने अध्यापकों से आह्वान किया कि वें प्रत्येक विधार्थी को इस आन्दोलन में शामिल करावे।इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि अतिरिक्त संभागीय आयुक्त ने कहा कि स्काउट गाइड संगठन अनुशासन का पर्याय है वहां बालक बालिकाओं को विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों एवं स्काउट के पाठ्यक्रम के माध्यम से अनुशासन का पाठ पढ़ाया जाता है ताकि वह राष्ट्र के लिए सुयोग्य नागरिक तैयार हो सके।

गौरी ने कहा कि समाज में भामाशाह के माध्यम से बहुत अच्छे अच्छे कार्य किए जाते हैं, उन्हीं में एक स्वर्गीय श्रीमती शांति भंडारी ने अपनी विरासत में स्काउट गाइड संगठन को भी धनराशि उपलब्ध कराई जो उनकी स्मृति में इसे भव्य आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एल डी पंवार ने कहा कि स्काउट गाइड संगठन के माध्यम से समाज में रचनात्मक कार्य किए जा रहे हैं।

सहायक राज्य संगठन आयुक्त मान महेन्द्र सिंह भाटी ने बताया कि स्वर्गीय शांति भंडारी पुण्य स्मृति में आयोजित पंचम कब बुलबुल उत्सव का आयोजन मंडल प्रशिक्षण केंद्र बीकानेर में किया गया। जिसमें बीकानेर, हनुमानगढ़, श्रीगंगानगर, चूरु तथा झुंझुनू जिले के 150 से अधिक कब बुलबुल ने भाग लिया।

उत्सव के दौरान विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें लोक नृत्य, लोक गीत, देशभक्ति गीत, बड़ी सलामी, विशाल गर्जना, टोटल पोल,विचित्र वेशभूषा, बुलबुल ट्री,घेरे छक्के के गीत, जंगल नृत्य आदि प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया, प्रतियोगिताओ में कब बुलबुल ने बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया।

कब विभाग में ज्योति विद्यापीठ सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल बगड़ जिला झुंझुनू एवं शांति विद्या निकेतन माध्यमिक विद्यालय बीकानेर ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया तथा बुलबुल में शांति विद्या निकेतन माध्यमिक विद्यालय बीकानेर तथा श्री डी वी बालिका उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय अलसीसर जिला झुंझुनू ने उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया।

विभिन्न प्रतियोगिता में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यालयों को प्रशस्ति पत्र एवं स्मृति चिन्ह प्रदान कर अतिथियों ने सम्मानित किया।

अतिथियों के सम्मान में कब बुलबुल ने विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों की सुंदर एवं मनमोहक प्रस्तुतियां दी।

इस अवसर पर बीकानेर के पूर्व मंडल सचिव एवं सहायक राज्य संगठन आयुक्त श्री देवानंद पुरोहित तथा पूर्व सहायक राज्य संगठन आयुक्त बीकानेर घनश्याम व्यास, झुंझुनू सी. ओ. महेश कालावत, बीकानेर सी.ओ. गाइड ज्योतिरानी महात्मा, रामेश्वर मारू, राजेश गुप्ता सहित विभिन्न विद्यालयों के फ्लॉक लीडर एवं कब मास्टर सहित कब बुलबुल उपस्थित रहे।

ध्वजारोहण एवं राष्ट्रगान के साथ कब बुलबुल उत्सव का समापन हुआ। कार्यक्रम के अंत में सहायक राज्य संगठन आयुक्त मान महेन्द्र सिंह भाटी ने सभी का आभार प्रकट किया।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Additional Divisional Commissioner A.K. H. Done under the chief hospitality of Ghori and Rajendra Joshi, Assistant State Commissioner.Giving presidential address on the occasion, Assistant State Commissioner Rajendra Joshi said that Scout Guide is a game in itself where physical, mental, character, spiritual, social and moral development of children is done.

Joshi said that the school of discipline is the Scout-Guide, he called upon the teachers to involve every student in this movement. On this occasion, the chief guest Additional Divisional Commissioner said that the Scout Guide organization is synonymous with discipline, where boys and girls are taught discipline through various programs and courses of Scouts so that they can become qualified citizens for the nation.

Gauri said that many good works are done in the society through Bhamashah, one of them Late Mrs. Shanti Bhandari also provided funds to the Scout Guide organization in her legacy, which is being organized grandly in her memory.

Present in the program, Joint Director of Social Justice and Empowerment Department, LD Panwar said that constructive work is being done in the society through the Scout Guide organization.

Assistant State Organization Commissioner Man Mahendra Singh Bhati told that the Pancham Kab Bulbul festival organized in the late Shanti Bhandari Punya Smriti was organized at Mandal Training Center Bikaner. In which more than 150 Kab Bulbuls from Bikaner, Hanumangarh, Sriganganagar, Churu and Jhunjhunu districts participated.

Various competitions were organized during the festival, in which folk dance, folk song, patriotic song, big salute, huge roar, total pole, bizarre costumes, bulbul tree, circle six song, jungle dance etc. competitions were organized. When did Nightingale enthusiastically take part.

Jyoti Vidyapeeth Senior Secondary School, Bagad, District Jhunjhunu and Shanti Vidya Niketan Secondary School, Bikaner have excelled in Kab department and Shanti Vidya Niketan Secondary School, Bikaner and Shree DV Balika Higher Secondary School, Alsisar, Jhunjhunu district have excelled in Bulbul.

The guests felicitated the schools which performed excellently in various competitions by giving them certificates and mementos.

In honor of the guests, Kab Bulbul gave beautiful and mesmerizing presentations of various cultural programmes.

On this occasion, former Divisional Secretary of Bikaner and Assistant State Organization Commissioner Shri Devanand Purohit and former Assistant State Organization Commissioner Bikaner Ghanshyam Vyas, Jhunjhunu C.O. Mahesh Kalawat, Bikaner C.O. Along with guide Jyotirani Mahatma, Rameshwar Maru, Rajesh Gupta, flock leaders of various schools and Kab Bulbul were present.

When the Bulbul festival came to an end with flag hoisting and national anthem. At the end of the program, Assistant State Organization Commissioner Man Mahendra Singh Bhati expressed gratitude to all.
