नई दिल्ली, @MaruSangram। नीट-पेपर लीक को लेकर देश भर में जारी विरोध प्रदर्शनों के बीच शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को अपना इस्तीफा सौंप दिया है। सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म X पर इसकी जानकारी देते हुए शिक्षा मंत्री ने लिखा कि पिछले 10 दिनों के घटनाक्रम से उनका मन अत्यंत व्यथित और दुखी है।
उन्होंने साफ किया कि वह नहीं चाहते कि राष्ट्र विरोधी ताकतें इस स्थिति का फायदा उठाएं या देश के युवाओं का भविष्य कानूनी पेचीदगियों में उलझे।
आइए जानते हैं धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने अपनी चिट्ठी में क्या-क्या लिखा? धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर पोस्ट करते हुए लिखा, “मेरे युवा साथियों, मैं पिछले 4 दशकों से अधिक समय से छात्र, शिक्षक और शिक्षा सुधार के लिए समर्पित रहा हूं। मेरा सदैव यह विश्वास रहा है कि एक सशक्त, समावेशी और दूरदर्शी शिक्षा व्यवस्था ही सशक्त राष्ट्र की आधारशिला होती है।”
युवाओं की भावनाओं का सम्मान:
मैं देश के युवाओं की आकांक्षाओं, भावनाओं और उनकी न्यायोचित अपेक्षाओं का गहरा सम्मान करता हूं। भारत की युवा पीढ़ी के सपनों को साकार करना हम सभी के राजनीतिक एवं सामाजिक जीवन का नैतिक संकल्प रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में राष्ट्र की सेवा करने का जो अवसर मुझे प्राप्त हुआ उसके लिए मैं प्रधानमंत्री जी का आभार प्रकट करता हूं।
धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने नीट पेपर लीक की घटना का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि भारत सरकार ने इसको तुरंत संज्ञान में लेते हुए जांच सीबीआई को सौंपी और परीक्षा को रद किया एवं पुनः परीक्षा की तिथि घोषित की गई। उन्होंने बताया कि पेपर लीक रोकने के लिए अगले साल से इस परीक्षा को सीबीटी मोड में करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
पहले दिन ही ली थी जिम्मेदारी:
धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने कहा कि पहले ही दिन से, इसपर मैंने जिम्मेदारी ली और इस परिस्थिति से कभी मुंह नहीं मोड़ा। मेरा यह संकल्प था कि हम किसी भी मेधावी छात्र की संभावना परीक्षा माफिया के कारण खराब नहीं होने देंगे, किसी भी छात्र के साथ अन्याय नहीं होने देंगे।
साथ ही, छात्रों, अभिभावक और माता-पिता के सहयोग से 21 जून 2026 को यह परीक्षा पूर्ण हुई। 16 जुलाई को घोषित नीट-यूजी के परिणाम संतोषजनक रहे, जिसमें गरीब पृष्ठभूमि से आए कई मेधावी छात्रों को भी सफलता मिली। परंतु इस दौरान भी कई छात्रों को गुमराह करने के लिए जिम्मेदार पदों पर बैठे व्यक्तियों ने बाधा डालने की कोशिश की, जिससे मन अत्यंत व्यथित हुआ। मैं सदैव हमारे प्रजातंत्र की शक्ति में अटूट विश्वास रखने वाला रहा हूं और युवाओं की आकांक्षाओं, सपनों और अपेक्षाओं का गहरा सम्मान करता आया हूं। वे केवल भारत का भविष्य ही नहीं हैं, बल्कि एक नए और विकसित भारत के वाहक, निर्माता और भविष्य के शिल्पकार भी हैं।
10 दिनों से मेरा मन बहुत दुखी है:
पिछले 10 दिनों का घटनाक्रम देखकर मेरा मन दुखी है। यह मेरे लिए व्यक्तिगत प्रतिष्ठा का विषय नहीं है। भारत की युवाशक्ति ही, इस देश की असली ताकत है। देश की युवाशक्ति को भ्रम के कुचक्र में फंसने नहीं देंगे, यही मेरा संकल्प है।
अपना समय पढ़ाई में लगाएं:
जंतर-मंतर पर और देश में जो स्थिति बनी है, इस स्थिति का राष्ट्र विरोधी ताकतें लाभ ना उठाएं, देश की एकता बनी रहे, भारत के एक भी विद्यार्थी का भविष्य कानूनी पेचीदगियों में ना उलझे, हमारे बच्चे अपना समय पढ़ाई में लगाएं, करियर बनाने पर फोकस करें, इसी बात पर विचार करते हुए मैंने अपना त्यागपत्र प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को भेज दिया है।
मैं प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के मार्गदर्शन, विश्वास और निरंतर सहयोग के लिए हार्दिक कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करता हूं। साथ ही, मंत्रिपरिषद के अपने सभी सम्मानित सहयोगियों, मंत्रालय के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों तथा उन सभी व्यक्तियों का भी आभार व्यक्त करता हूं, जिनके साथ मुझे कार्य करने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ। राष्ट्रसेवा मेरे जीवन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

New Delhi, @MaruSangram. Amid nationwide protests over the NEET paper leak, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Modi. Sharing this information on the social media platform X, the Education Minister wrote that he was deeply distressed and saddened by the events of the past 10 days.
He made it clear that he did not want anti-national forces to exploit this situation or for the future of the country’s youth to become entangled in legal complications.

Dharmendra Pradhan posted on the social media platform X, writing, “My young friends, I have been dedicated to students, teachers, and education reform for over four decades. I have always believed that a strong, inclusive, and visionary education system is the foundation of a strong nation.”
Respecting the Sentiments of Youth:
I deeply respect the aspirations, sentiments, and justifiable expectations of the country’s youth. Fulfilling the dreams of India’s young generation has been the moral commitment of all of us in political and social life. I express my gratitude to the Prime Minister for the opportunity I have received to serve the nation under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Modi.
Referring to the NEET paper leak incident, Dharmendra Pradhan said that the Government of India immediately took cognizance of the matter, handed over the investigation to the CBI, cancelled the exam, and announced a new exam date. He stated that to prevent paper leaks, it has been decided to conduct the exam in CBT mode from next year.
I took responsibility on the very first day:
Dharmendra Pradhan said, “From day one, I took responsibility for this and never turned away from this situation. I was determined not to let the prospects of any meritorious student be ruined by the exam mafia, and not to allow injustice to any student.”
Furthermore, with the support of students, guardians, and parents, the exam was completed on June 21, 2026. The NEET-UG results, announced on July 16, were satisfactory, with many meritorious students from poor backgrounds also achieving success. However, even during this period, individuals in positions of responsibility tried to create obstacles to mislead many students, which deeply distressed me. I have always had unwavering faith in the power of our democracy and deeply respect the aspirations, dreams, and expectations of the youth. They are not only the future of India, but also the bearers, builders, and architects of a new and developed India.
My heart has been deeply saddened for the past 10 days:
The events of the past 10 days have left me deeply saddened. This is not a matter of personal prestige for me. India’s youth power is the true strength of this country. I will not allow the country’s youth to fall into the vicious circle of illusions, this is my resolve.
Dedicate your time to studies:
The situation at Jantar Mantar and across the country should not be exploited by anti-national forces, the unity of the country should be maintained, the future of even a single student in India should not be entangled in legal complications, and our children should devote their time to studies and focus on building their careers. Keeping this in mind, I have sent my resignation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
I express my heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for his guidance, trust, and continued support. I also express my gratitude to all my esteemed colleagues in the Council of Ministers, the officials and employees of the Ministry, and all those with whom I have had the privilege of working. Serving the nation is my highest priority in life.
