बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अनुप्रति कोचिंग योजना का नवीन पोर्टल शुरू हो गया है।

सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एलडी पंवार ने बताया कि गत वर्ष इस योजना में 15 हजार अभ्यर्थी शामिल थे, जिसे राज्य सरकार द्वारा इस वर्ष बढ़ाकर 30 हजार कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि तैयारी करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की समय पर कोचिंग हो सके, इसके लिए इस बार दो चरणों में आवेदन प्राप्त कर मेरिट लिस्ट जारी की जाएगी। इससे प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी करने वालों का समय पर प्रवेश हो सकेगा।

उन्होंने बताया कि पहले चरण में कोचिंग करने के लिए इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते है। आवदेन की अंतिम तिथि 20 अप्रेल निर्धारित है। इसके बाद मेरिट लिस्ट निकाली जाकर कोचिंग संस्थाओं में प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। दूसरे चरण में पहली मेरिट लिस्ट निकलने के बाद माह मई-जून में आवेदन लिए जा कर दूसरी मेरिट लिस्ट जुलाई माह में जारी की जाएगी।

ये परीक्षाएं हैं शामिल
उन्होंने बताया कि योजनान्तर्गत 12 पाठ्यक्रमों को सम्मिलित किया गया है, जिसके लिए 30 हजार सीटों का श्रेणीवार वर्गीकरण किया है। इन सीटों में यूपीएससी की 600, आरएएस की 1500, सब इंसपेक्टर या लेवल-10 के उपर की भर्तियां 2400, रीट 4500, लेवल 5 से लेवल 10 तक की भर्तियां 3600, कांस्टेबल भर्ती 2400, मेडिकल व इंजीनियरिंग की 12000, क्लैट व अन्य 3000 सहित कुल 30 हजार सीट सम्मिलित है।

आवेदन है पेपरलैस
पंवार ने बताया कि योजना अंतर्गत अभ्यर्थी 20 अप्रेल 2023 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते है।

नवीन पोर्टल पर अब समस्त दस्तावेजों का यथासंभव वैबसर्विस से सत्यापन होगा। इससे समय की बचत के साथ-साथ त्रुटिपूर्ण दस्तावेज अपलोड होने की संभावना नहीं है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सूचना तकनीक का प्रयोग करते हुए अब प्रक्रिया का सरलीकरण किया गया है। अब आवेदन पत्रों का यथासंभव स्वतः अनुमोदन होता है जिससे मानवीय श्रम एवं समय की बचत होती है।

आवेदन पत्रों के स्वतः अनुमोदन होने से आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि के तत्काल पश्चात् वरीयता सूची जारी कर दी जाएगी। योजना के तहत सिविल सेवा आरएएस एंड एलाइड, मेडिकल/ इंजीनियरिंग, क्लेट,सीए, सीएस सीएमए परीक्षाओं की प्रतिष्ठित कोचिंग संस्थाओं से तैयारी करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को अन्य शहर से आकर कोचिंग करने पर आवास भोजन इत्यादि व्यय हेतु 40 हजार रुपए प्रति वर्ष भी दिया जाता है।

He said that this time the merit list will be issued after receiving applications in two phases so that timely coaching can be done for the candidates preparing for the preparation. He said that in the first phase, interested candidates can apply online for coaching. The last date for application is April 20. After this the merit list will be prepared and admission will be given in the coaching institutes. In the second phase, after the release of the first merit list, applications will be taken in the month of May-June and the second merit list will be issued in the month of July.

In these seats, UPSC 600, RAS 1500, sub-inspector or above level-10 recruitment 2400, REET 4500, level 5 to level 10 recruitment 3600, constable recruitment 2400, medical and engineering 12000, CLAT and others 3000. Panwar told that under the scheme, candidates can apply online till April 20, 2023.

Now all the documents will be verified through web service on the new portal. This will save time as well as there is no possibility of uploading erroneous documents.

Due to automatic approval of applications, the priority list will be issued immediately after the last date of application. Under the scheme, candidates preparing for Civil Services RAS & Allied, Medical / Engineering, CLAT, CA, CS CMA examinations from prestigious coaching institutes are also given 40 thousand rupees per year for the expenses of accommodation, food etc. for coaching from other cities.
