बीकानेर में नशा तस्करों पर बड़ा प्रहार, 68F NDPS एक्ट के तहत 1 करोड़ की संपत्ति फ्रीज…..
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। संगठित अपराध और मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी के खिलाफ बीकानेर पुलिस का ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ लगातार जारी है। जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक मृदुल कच्छावा के निर्देशन में पुलिस ने नशा तस्करी से अर्जित बताई गई कथित अवैध संपत्तियों के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई की है।
पुलिस के अनुसार सक्षम प्राधिकारी से आदेश प्राप्त करने के बाद धारा 68F एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत एक करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति फ्रीज की गई है।
मुराद अली के परिवार की 1 करोड़ की संपत्ति फ्रीज
पुलिस द्वारा जारी जानकारी के अनुसार मेहरूनिशां पत्नी मुराद अली की दो संपत्तियों पर कार्रवाई की गई है।
रिहायशी मकान, भुट्टों का बास, बीकानेर: करीब 36 लाख रुपये
आवासीय भूखंड, चूना भट्टा के पास, राजीव नगर, बीकानेर: करीब 64 लाख रुपये
कुल संपत्ति: करीब 1 करोड़ रुपये
पुलिस के अनुसार इन संपत्तियों को मादक पदार्थ तस्करी से अर्जित आय से बनाई गई संपत्ति के रूप में चिन्हित किए जाने के बाद कानूनी प्रक्रिया के तहत फ्रीज किया गया है।
मुराद अली पर 17, तालीबान पर 10 और लादेन पर 5 मामले
पुलिस के मुताबिक मेहरूनिशां के पति मुराद अली संबंधित थाने का हिस्ट्रीशीटर है और उसके खिलाफ 17 अभियोग दर्ज हैं।
वहीं, उसके पुत्र तालीबान उर्फ तालीमान के खिलाफ 10 तथा लादेन के खिलाफ 5 अभियोग दर्ज होने की जानकारी पुलिस ने दी है। पुलिस के अनुसार इनकी हिस्ट्रीशीटर पत्रावलियां भी खोली जा रही हैं।
ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ के तहत आगे भी होगी कार्रवाई
बीकानेर पुलिस के अनुसार ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ के तहत जिले में मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी में संलिप्त रहे अन्य अभ्यस्त अपराधियों की पहचान की जा रही है। पुलिस उनकी तस्करी से अर्जित आय और उससे जुड़ी संपत्तियों की जानकारी भी जुटा रही है।
पुलिस ने कहा है कि ऐसे मामलों में कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी करते हुए संबंधित संपत्तियों के खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
पुलिस ने आमजन से मांगा सहयोग
बीकानेर पुलिस ने आमजन से अपील की है कि नशा तस्करी और संगठित अपराध से जुड़े लोगों की जानकारी पुलिस के साथ साझा करें। पुलिस के अनुसार सूचना देने वाले व्यक्ति की पहचान पूर्णतः गोपनीय रखी जाएगी।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Bikaner Police’s Operation Neelkanth against organized crime and drug trafficking continues unabated. Under the direction of District Superintendent of Police Mridul Kachhwa, the police have taken major action against illegal assets allegedly acquired through drug trafficking.
According to the police, property worth ₹1 crore has been frozen under Section 68F of the NDPS Act after receiving orders from the competent authority.
Property worth ₹1 crore belonging to Murad Ali’s family frozen
According to information released by the police, action has been taken against two properties belonging to Mehrunisha, wife of Murad Ali.
Residential house, Bhutton Ka Baas, Bikaner: Approximately ₹36 lakh
Residential plot, near Chuna Bhatta, Rajiv Nagar, Bikaner: Approximately ₹64 lakh
Total assets: Approximately ₹1 crore
According to the police, these properties have been frozen under legal process after being identified as acquired from drug trafficking proceeds.
17 cases against Murad Ali, 10 against Taliban, and 5 against Laden
According to the police, Mehrunnisa’s husband, Murad Ali, is a history-sheeter with the relevant police station and has 17 cases registered against him.
The police also reported 10 cases against his son, Taliban alias Taliman, and 5 against Laden. According to the police, their history-sheet files are also being opened.
Further action will be taken under Operation Neelkanth
According to the Bikaner police, Operation Neelkanth is being implemented to identify other habitual criminals involved in drug trafficking in the district. The police are also gathering information about their income from drug trafficking and their associated properties.
The police have stated that in such cases, action will be taken against the properties involved after completing the legal process.
Police seek public cooperation
Bikaner police have appealed to the public to share information about people involved in drug trafficking and organized crime with the police. According to the police, the identity of the informant will be kept strictly confidential.
