बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला कलेक्टर श्री भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने शुक्रवार को छत्तरगढ़ के राजासर भाटियान तथा पूगल के थारूसर में ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनी।
उन्होंने आगामी नहरबंदी के दौरान पेयजल की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए तथा कहा कि जलदाय विभाग के अधिकारी पूर्ण गंभीरता से कार्य करें। उन्होंने बताया कि राजासर भटियान में 471 तथा थारुसर में 300 से अधिक परिवार मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के पंजीकरण से वंचित हैं। सभी परिवार प्राथमिकता से अपना पंजीकरण करवाएं, जिससे उन्हें योजना का लाभ मिल सके।
उन्होंने गर्भधारण से लेकर बच्चे की दो वर्ष का होने तक के लगभग एक हजार दिनों में मां और शिशु के स्वास्थ्य तथा पोषण का विशेष ध्यान रखने का आह्वान किया। बेटियों को आगे बढ़ने के समान अवसर उपलब्ध करवाने के साथ युवाओं की ऊर्जा का सकारात्मक उपयोग करने तथा इन्हें नशे से दूर रखने की बात कही।
उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में किसी भी स्थिति में बाल विवाह नहीं हो, ऐसा होने पर प्रत्येक सहयोगी के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी। इस दौरान ग्रामीणों ने पानी, बिजली, स्कूल क्रमोनयन, रास्ता खुलवाने, मनरेगा के तहत रोजगार दिलाने और कार्यों की जांच करने जैसी समस्याएं प्राप्त हुई।
इस दौरान छत्तरगढ़ के उपखंड अधिकारी राजेंद्र कुमार, तहसीलदार दीप्ति, मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार, जलदाय विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता राजेश पुरोहित, विद्युत निगम के अधीक्षण अभियंता राजेंद्र मीणा आदि मौजूद रहे।

थारुसर की आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में गोद भराई की रस्म हुई। वहीं बेटी के जन्म पर थाली बजाकर खुशियां मनाई गई। जिला कलेक्टर ने नवजात बेटी की मां को बधाई संदेश और सहजन फली का पौधा भेंट किया।
उन्होंने इसके गुण बताएं और बेटी के पोषण पर ध्यान देने की अपील की। यहां के राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय में मिड डे मील का निरीक्षण किया और भोजन चखकर इसकी गुणवत्ता परखी। उन्होंने बच्चों से इस संबंध में फीडबैक भी लिया।
इस दौरान उपखंड अधिकारी सीता शर्मा सहित अन्य अधिकारी साथ रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. District Collector Mr. Bhagwati Prasad Kalal heard the problems of the villagers in Rajasar Bhatian of Chhattargarh and Tharusar of Pugal on Friday.
He instructed to ensure adequate availability of drinking water during the upcoming canal ban and said that the officials of the water supply department should work with full seriousness. He informed that 471 families in Rajasar Bhatian and more than 300 families in Tharusar are deprived of registration for the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme. All families should get themselves registered on priority, so that they can get the benefit of the scheme.
He called for taking special care of the health and nutrition of the mother and the child in about one thousand days from the time of conception till the child turns two years old. Along with providing equal opportunities to daughters to move forward, talked about making positive use of the energy of the youth and keeping them away from drugs.
He said that child marriage should not take place in rural areas under any circumstances, if this happens strict action will be taken against each associate. During this, the villagers received problems like water, electricity, school upgrade, opening of roads, providing employment under MNREGA and checking works.

The baby shower ceremony took place at Tharusar’s Anganwadi center. On the other hand, on the birth of a daughter, happiness was celebrated by playing the plate. The District Collector presented a congratulatory message and drumstick plant to the mother of the new born daughter.
He told its qualities and appealed to pay attention to the nutrition of the girl child. Inspected the mid-day meal in the Government Higher Secondary School here and tested its quality by tasting the food. He also took feedback from the children in this regard.
During this, Sub-Divisional Officer Sita Sharma and other officers remained with him.
