बीकानेर/जयपुर, @MaruSangram। मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने कहा कि आज का नया भारत नीयत और काम की गति दोनों के लिए जाना जाता है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में डबल इंजन सरकार जिस कार्य का शिलान्यास करती है, उसका लोकार्पण भी तय समय पर करती है। इसी क्रम में बीकानेर जिले के विकास को नई गति प्रदान करते हुए लगभग 800 करोड़ रुपये के विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया गया है। ये विकास कार्य बीकानेर जिले के बुनियादी ढांचे, ऊर्जा, स्वास्थ्य, कृषि और परिवहन क्षेत्र में आमजन के जीवन को सुगम बनाएंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री शुक्रवार को बीकानेर के मेघासर में आयोजित विकास कार्यों के लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास समारोह को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने मेघासर के उप चिकित्सा केन्द्र को प्राथमिक चिकित्सा केन्द्र में क्रमोन्नत करने, डूंगरगढ़ में 25 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से ट्रोमा सेंटर एवं उप जिला चिकित्सालय का निर्माण, लूणकरणसर में मिनी सचिवालय तथा खाजूवाला के राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय को उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय में क्रमोन्नत करने की घोषणा की। साथ ही उन्होंने बीकानेर के म्यूजियम सर्किल पर पुल निर्माण, बीकानेर पश्चिम में आयुर्वेदिक औषधालय तथा सरदार पटेल मेडिकल कॉलेज एवं संबद्ध चिकित्सालयों के लिए यूरो साइंसेज भवन की मरम्मत एवं सुदृढ़ीकरण के अलावा चक 610-200 आरडी डूडी पेट्रोल पंप के सामने सत्तासर एवं जीवन सिंह की ढाणी में राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय की भी घोषणा की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सबका साथ, सबका विकास के मूलमंत्र को आत्मसात कर प्रदेश में हर वर्ग के उत्थान के लिए काम किया जा रहा है। किसानों के लिए पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि की राशि को 6 हजार से बढ़ाकर प्रदेश में 9 हजार रुपये किया गया है। वहीं, किसानों को बिजली बिलों में 61 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का अनुदान दिया गया है। राजस्थान सहकारी गोपाल क्रेडिट कार्ड ऋण योजना में पशुपालकों को 1 लाख रुपये तक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण देने के साथ मुख्यमंत्री मंगला पशु बीमा योजना के माध्यम से 23 लाख से अधिक बीमा पॉलिसी की गई हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि पेपरलीक पर लगाम लगाने के साथ युवाओं के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने के लिए सरकार ने एसआईटी का गठन किया। जिसके परिणामस्वरूप दोषी सलाखों के पीछे पहुंचे और आज परीक्षाएं बिना पेपरलीक के सम्पन्न हो रही हैं। अब तक लगभग 1 लाख 78 हजार से अधिक पदों पर नियुक्तियां देने के साथ 1 लाख 32 हजार से अधिक पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रियाधीन है। वहीं, 70 हजार से अधिक पदों पर भर्ती की तैयारी की जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बालिका शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रदेश में 14 लाख साइकिलें और 46 हजार स्कूटी वितरित की गई हैं।

वीर शिरोमणि मेघो जी की प्रतिमा का अनावरण
मुख्यमंत्री ने मेघासर के संस्थापक वीर शिरोमणि मेघो जी की अष्टधातु निर्मित अश्वारूढ़ प्रतिमा का अनावरण किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह प्रतिमा आने वाली पीढ़ियों को मेघो जी के अदम्य साहस, शौर्य और राष्ट्रसेवा के पथ पर चलने की निरंतर प्रेरणा देती रहेगी।

केन्द्रीय विधि एवं न्याय राज्यमंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) अर्जुनराम मेघवाल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का सपना ऐसा विकसित भारत बनाने का है, जहां समृद्धि, विकास तथा राष्ट्र की एकता सर्वाेपरि हो। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश विकास के नए आयाम स्थापित कर रहा है।

कार्यक्रम में खाद्य एव नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री सुमित गोदारा, जीव जन्तु कल्याण बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष जसवंत बिश्नोई, विश्वकर्मा कल्याण बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष राम गोपाल सुथार, विधायक डॉ. विश्वनाथ मेघवाल, अंशुमान सिंह भाटी, जेठानंद व्यास, ताराचंद सारस्वत सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधिगण एवं बड़ी संख्या में आमजन उपस्थित रहे।

664 करोड़ के 74 विकास कार्यों का हुआ लोकार्पण:-

• 371 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के पीएम कुसुम योजना के घटक-ए और सी के 47 सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र
• 105 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से एमडीआर पलाना से खाजूवाला, भूरासर से बल्लर तथा पूगल रोड से मकेरी सड़क का चौड़ाईकरण व नवीनीकरण
• 24 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत के 132 केवी जीएसएस हद्दां एवं लाइन
• 15 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत से कृषि उपज मंडी समिति, बीकानेर में विकास कार्य
• 5 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत से सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, मुकाम का नवीन भवन
• 5 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बीछवाल में मरुधरा बॉटनिकल गार्डन
• 4 करोड़ की लागत के भानीपुरा, 2 एडीएम, संतोष नगर, आसेरा, रूणीया बड़ा बास, कोटासर, दुसारणा पीपासरिया के उपस्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के भवन

143 करोड़ के 16 विकास कार्यों का किया गया शिलान्यास:-

• 98 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से शेरुणा में 220 केवी जीएसएस व लाइन
• 36 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत से बीकानेर विकास प्राधिकरण का नवीन कार्यालय भवन
• 4.5 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से गजसुखदेसर, बगसेऊ, लीलका, रातडिया, बिदासरिया, जाखासर नया, रानेर और मिठडिया में उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों के भवन
• कृषि उपज मंडी समिति बीकानेर में आंतरिक सी.सी. सड़क एवं नाली निर्माण
• श्रीडूंगरगढ़ व नोखा में सहायक निदेशक कृषि (विस्तार) कार्यालय भवन

The double-engine government is carrying out inaugurations on schedule after laying the foundation stone.

The principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” is uplifting every section of society: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma.

– Chief Minister announced the construction of a mini-secretariat in Lunkaransar.
– A trauma center and sub-district hospital will be built in Dungargarh at a cost of ₹25 crore.
– An Ayurvedic dispensary will be built in Bikaner, and a bridge will be constructed at Museum Circle.
– Several announcements were made, including the upgrading of the Meghasar sub-medical center to a PHC.

Bikaner/Jaipur, @MaruSangram. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that today’s New India is known for both its commitment and speed of work.  Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the double-engine government lays the foundation stone for every project and inaugurates it on time. In this vein, development works worth approximately ₹800 crore have been inaugurated and laid the foundation stone, giving a new impetus to the development of Bikaner district. These developments will facilitate the lives of the people in the infrastructure, energy, health, agriculture, and transportation sectors of Bikaner district.

The Chief Minister was addressing the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony of development works held in Meghasar, Bikaner on Friday. On this occasion, he announced the upgrading of the Meghasar sub-medical center to a primary health center, the construction of a trauma center and sub-district hospital in Dungargarh at a cost of ₹25 crore, a mini-secretariat in Lunkaransar, and the upgrading of the government primary school in Khajuwala to a higher primary school.  He also announced the construction of a bridge at Museum Circle in Bikaner, an Ayurvedic dispensary in Bikaner West, the repair and strengthening of the Uro Sciences building for Sardar Patel Medical College and affiliated hospitals, and government primary schools in Sattasar and Jeevan Singh Ki Dhani in front of Chak 610-200 RD Doodi Petrol Pump.

The Chief Minister said that by embracing the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,” work is being done for the upliftment of every section of the society in the state. The amount of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi for farmers has been increased from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000 in the state. Farmers have been given a subsidy of over ₹61,000 crore for electricity bills. The Rajasthan Cooperative Gopal Credit Card Loan Scheme provides interest-free loans of up to ₹1 lakh to livestock farmers, and over 2.3 million insurance policies have been issued through the Chief Minister’s Mangala Pashu Bima Yojana.

He said that the government has formed an SIT to curb paper leaks and secure the future of youth.  As a result, the culprits were sent behind bars, and today, examinations are being conducted without paper leaks. To date, recruitment has been made for over 178,000 posts, and recruitment for over 132,000 posts is underway. Preparations are underway to recruit for over 70,000 more. The Chief Minister said that 1.4 million bicycles and 46,000 scooters have been distributed in the state to promote girl education.

Unveiling of the Statue of Veer Shiromani Megho Ji
The Chief Minister unveiled the equestrian statue of Veer Shiromani Megho Ji, made of ashtadhatu (metal), the founder of Meghasar. He said that this statue will continue to inspire future generations to follow Megho Ji’s indomitable courage, valor, and path of national service.

Union Minister of State for Law and Justice (Independent Charge) Arjun Ram Meghwal said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream is to create a developed India where prosperity, development, and national unity are paramount.  He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, the state is setting new dimensions of development.

Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara, Chairman of the Animal Welfare Board Jaswant Bishnoi, Chairman of the Vishwakarma Welfare Board Ram Gopal Suthar, MLAs Dr. Vishwanath Meghwal, Anshuman Singh Bhati, Jethananand Vyas, Tarachand Saraswat, along with other public representatives and a large number of common people were present at the program.

74 development works worth Rs 664 crore were inaugurated:
– 47 solar power plants under Components A and C of the PM Kusum Yojana worth over Rs 371 crore
– Widening and renovation of the MDR Palana to Khajuwala, Bhurasar to Ballar, and Pogal Road to Makeri roads at a cost of Rs 105 crore
– 132 kV GSS head and line at a cost of over Rs 24 crore
– Development work at the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Bikaner, at a cost of over Rs 15 crore
– New building for the Community Health Center, Muqaam, at a cost of over Rs 5 crore
– Marudhara Botanical Garden in Bichhwal, at a cost of Rs 5 crore
– Sub-health center buildings in Bhanipura, 2 ADMs, Santosh Nagar, Asera, Runiya Bada Bas, Kotasar, and Dusarna Pipasaria, all costing Rs 4 crore

Foundation stone laid for 16 development works worth Rs 143 crore:
–  220 kV GSS and line in Sheruna at a cost of ₹98 crore
– New office building for the Bikaner Development Authority at a cost of over ₹36 crore
– Sub-health center buildings in Gajsukhdesar, Bagseu, Lilka, Ratadia, Bidasariya, Jakhasar Naya, Raner, and Mithadia at a cost of ₹4.5 crore
– Internal CC road and drain construction at the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Bikaner
– Assistant Director of Agriculture (Extension) office buildings in Sridungargarh and Nokha
