जसरासर/बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जसरासर थाना क्षेत्र की एक युवती ने एक युवक के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म, ब्लैकमेलिंग और धमकी देने का आरोप लगाते हुए मामला दर्ज कराया है।
पुलिस में दर्ज रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, युवती का आरोप है कि वर्ष 2023 में बीकानेर जाते समय परिचित युवक ने उसे अपने वाहन में बैठाया। रास्ते में कथित रूप से नशीला पदार्थ पिलाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया तथा अश्लील फोटो और वीडियो बना लिए। इसके बाद आरोपी उन फोटो-वीडियो को वायरल करने की धमकी देकर लंबे समय तक उसका शारीरिक शोषण करता रहा।पीड़िता ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि हाल ही में आरोपी उसे जोधपुर ले गया, जहां डराकर कुछ स्टांप पेपर और कोरे कागजों पर हस्ताक्षर करवा लिए। बाद में परिजनों को घटना की जानकारी देने के बाद थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई गई।
पुलिस ने पीड़िता की रिपोर्ट पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) और पोक्सो एक्ट की संबंधित धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। मामले की जांच जारी है।

Jasrasar/Bikaner, @MaruSangram. A young woman from the Jasrasar police station area has filed a case against a young man, accusing him of rape, blackmailing, and threatening.
According to the police report, the woman alleges that in 2023, while traveling to Bikaner, a young man she knew had her sit in his vehicle. On the way, he allegedly drugged her, raped her, and took obscene photos and videos. The accused then sexually exploited her for a long time, threatening to make the photos and videos viral. The victim also alleged that the accused recently took her to Jodhpur, where he intimidated her into signing some stamp papers and blank papers. After informing her family about the incident, a police report was filed.
Based on the victim’s report, police have registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the POCSO Act and have begun an investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
