कृषि आदान निरीक्षक टीम ने 10 हजार बैग नकली उर्वरक का जखीरा किया सीज…..
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। कृषि मंत्री डॉ किरोड़ी लाल मीणा द्वारा प्रदत्त निर्देशानुसार कृषि विभाग द्वारा सहायक निदेशक (कृषि) मुख्यालय सुरेंद्र कुमार मारू के नेतृत्व में जामसर से दाउदसर रोड पर स्थित एक नकली अवैध उर्वरक निर्माण इकाई पर औचक निरीक्षण कर प्रभावी कार्यवाही की।
निर्माण इकाई से मौके पर ही मार्का एवं बिना मार्का लगे 50-50 किलो के बैग में सफेद एवं काले रंग के जिप्सम के दोनों का भंडारण एवं निर्माण होना पाया गया।
मौके पर ही कृषि अधिकारी गिरिराज चारण एवं कृषि आदान निरीक्षक टीम ने निर्माण इकाई परिसर व स्टॉक को जप्त कर सील किया।
संयुक्त निदेशक कृषि मदनलाल ने बताया कि जिप्सम के दानों का उपयोग नकली खाद बनाने में किए जाने की आशंका के चलते यह सीजर की कार्यवाही की गई है। पूर्व में भी कृषि मंत्री जी डॉ. किरोड़ी लाल मीणा की अगुवाई में इस तरह की निर्माणी इकाइयों पर राज्य भर में कार्यवाहियां संपादित की गई है। कार्रवाई के दौरान मौके पर दो श्रमिक उपस्थित मिले व कुल 10000 बैग का एक बड़ा जखीरा कृषि विभाग टीम द्वारा सीज किया गया है।
कृषि विभाग मौके से ही नकली उर्वरक के नमूने आहरित कर लिए गए हैं तथा जांच हेतु प्रयोगशाला भिजवा दिये गए हैं। सहायक निदेशक कृषि सुरेंद्र मारू ने बताया कि दोषी व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम एवं उर्वरक नियंत्रण आदेश के विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

Agriculture Input Inspection Team Seizes Stockpile of 10,000 Bags of Counterfeit Fertilizer…..
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Following instructions from Agriculture Minister Dr. Kirodi Lal Meena, the Agriculture Department, under the leadership of Assistant Director (Agriculture) Headquarters Surendra Kumar Maru, conducted a surprise inspection and took effective action against an illegal counterfeit fertilizer manufacturing unit located on the Jamsar-Daudsar road.
At the manufacturing unit, a stock of white and black gypsum granules in 50-kg bags, both branded and unbranded, was found being stored and manufactured.
Agriculture Officer Giriraj Charan and the agriculture input inspection team seized and sealed the manufacturing unit premises and the stock on the spot.
Joint Director of Agriculture Madanlal stated that the seizure was carried out due to the suspicion that the gypsum granules were being used to manufacture counterfeit fertilizer. Previously, similar actions have been taken against such manufacturing units across the state under the leadership of Agriculture Minister Dr. Kirodi Lal Meena. During the operation, two workers were found on the premises, and a large stockpile of 10,000 bags was seized by the agriculture department team.
Samples of the counterfeit fertilizer were collected from the site by the agriculture department and sent to the laboratory for testing. Assistant Director of Agriculture Surendra Maru stated that legal action will be taken against the guilty parties under various sections of the Essential Commodities Act and the Fertilizer Control Order.
