बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। भारतीय जनता पार्टी बीकानेर शहर जिला अध्यक्ष सुमन छाजेड़ की अध्यक्षता में बीकानेर पूर्व एवं पश्चिम विधानसभा के ऊर्जावान कार्यकर्ताओं के मार्गदर्शन हेतु BLA-2 कार्यशाला का आयोजन भाजपा संभाग कार्यालय, बीकानेर में किया गया। कार्यशाला में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी को स्मरण किया ।

कार्यशाला के मुख्य वक्ता केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि BLA-2 कार्यकर्ता लोकतंत्र की रीढ़ हैं। चुनावी प्रक्रिया में उनकी सजगता, समर्पण और संगठन के प्रति निष्ठा ही पार्टी की मजबूती का आधार है।

BLA-2 कार्यशाला के साथ भारत रत्न पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी के सुशासन दिवस के रूप में कार्यक्रम मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने कहा कि सुशासन दिवस इसलिए मनाया जाता है क्योंकि अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी के कार्यकाल में ऐसी नीतियां और योजनाएं बनीं, जिनका लाभ आज भी देश के करोड़ों नागरिकों को मिल रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि सर्व शिक्षा अभियान के माध्यम से देश में शिक्षा की नींव मजबूत की गई, जिससे हर बच्चे तक शिक्षा पहुंचाने का मार्ग प्रशस्त हुआ।

उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि इस योजना ने गांवों को सड़कों से जोड़कर विकास की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ा। स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में NHM (राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन)—जो पहले ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए NRHM के रूप में प्रारंभ हुआ—के जरिए गांव-गांव में अस्पताल और स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं पहुंचीं। आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में गांव और शहर की स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं एकीकृत होकर NHM के रूप में और अधिक सशक्त हुई हैं।

अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने अटल सरकार की स्वर्णिम चतुर्भुज योजना का स्मरण करते हुए कहा कि चार और छह लेन के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों ने देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को गति दी। आज उसी दूरदर्शिता का विस्तार भारत माला परियोजना के माध्यम से हो रहा है, जिससे शहर-शहर और क्षेत्र-क्षेत्र आपस में जुड़ रहे हैं।

उन्होंने वरिष्ठ नेता लाल कृष्ण आडवाणी की पुस्तक “My Life My Country” का उल्लेख करते हुए किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की ऐतिहासिक सोच को याद किया। अटल जी ने स्पष्ट कहा था—“जब उद्योगपति क्रेडिट कार्ड रख सकते हैं, तो देश का किसान क्यों नहीं?” यही सोच किसानों को आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में ले गई।
अपने संबोधन के अंत में अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने अटल जी की संवेदनशीलता और संघर्ष को दर्शाती उनकी प्रसिद्ध कविता का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा—
“भरी दुपहरी में अंधेरा,
सूरज परछाई से हारा…”
अंतरतम का नेह निचोड़े,
बुझी हुई बाती सुलगाए…
आओ फिर से दिया जलाए
आओ फिर से दिया जलाए ।

बीकानेर पश्चिम विधायक जेठानंद व्यास ने कहा कि कार्यकर्ता ही संगठन की असली शक्ति हैं और ऐसे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम उन्हें जमीनी स्तर पर और अधिक प्रभावी बनाते हैं।

जिला मीडिया संयोजक कमल गहलोत ने बताया कि कार्यशाला में जिला प्रभारी ओम सारस्वत, देहात अध्यक्ष श्याम पंचारिया, जिला महामंत्री राजेंद्र पंवार, नारायण चोपड़ा ने अपने विचार व्यक्त किए, जबकि मंच संचालन जिला महामंत्री श्याम सिंह हाड़ला ने किया।

Arjun Ram Meghwal said, “BLA-2 workers are the guardians of Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s good governance, the strong backbone of democracy.”

Under the chairmanship of Suman Chhajed, the BJP’s Bikaner City District President, a BLA-2 workshop was organized at the BJP Divisional Office in Bikaner to guide the energetic workers of the Bikaner East and West Assembly constituencies. Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was remembered during the workshop.

In his address, the keynote speaker, Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, stated that BLA-2 workers are the backbone of democracy. Their vigilance, dedication, and loyalty to the organization during the electoral process are the foundation of the party’s strength.

The BLA-2 workshop was accompanied by a program commemorating Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s Good Governance Day. On this occasion, Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal stated that Good Governance Day is celebrated because during Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s tenure, policies and schemes were formulated that continue to benefit millions of citizens. He explained that the foundation of education in the country was strengthened through the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, paving the way for education to reach every child.

Referring to the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), he said that this scheme connected villages to the mainstream of development by connecting them with roads. In the health sector, the National Health Mission (NHM)—which initially began as NRHM for rural areas—brought hospitals and health services to every village. Today, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, rural and urban health services have been integrated and further strengthened under the NHM.

Recalling the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government’s Golden Quadrilateral project, Arjun Ram Meghwal said that four- and six-lane national highways boosted the country’s economy. Today, that vision is being expanded through the Bharatmala project, which connects cities and regions.

Referring to senior leader Lal Krishna Advani’s book “My Life, My Country,” he recalled the historic vision behind the Kisan Credit Card. Atal Bihari Vajpayee had clearly stated, “When industrialists can have credit cards, why not the country’s farmers?” This vision led farmers towards economic empowerment.

At the end of his address, Arjun Ram Meghwal quoted Atal ji’s famous poem, reflecting his sensitivity and struggle:

“Darkness in the middle of the day,
The sun is defeated by the shadow…”
Squeezing out the affection from the heart,
Rekindling the extinguished wick…

Let’s light the lamp again.

Bikaner West MLA Jethananand Vyas said that workers are the real strength of the organization, and such training programs make them more effective at the grassroots level.

District Media Coordinator Kamal Gehlot said that District Incharge Om Saraswat, Rural President Shyam Pancharia, District General Secretary Rajendra Panwar, and Narayan Chopra expressed their views at the workshop, while District General Secretary Shyam Singh Hadla moderated the stage.
