पेमासर में किसानों से होगा संवाद
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। स्वामी केशवानंद राजस्थान कृषि विश्वविद्यालय का इक्कीसवां दीक्षांत समारोह सोमवार 24 फरवरी को आयोजित किया जाएगा। कुलपति डॉ अरुण कुमार ने बताया कि 24 फरवरी को विश्वविद्यालय के विद्या मंडप सभागार में आयोजित होने वाले 21वें दीक्षांत समारोह की अध्यक्षता राज्यपाल एवं कुलाधिपति श्री हरिभाऊ बागडे करेंगे। इस समारोह में 1480 विद्यार्थियों को विभिन्न शैक्षणिक उपाधि प्रदान की जाएगी।
कुलपति ने बताया कि समारोह के दीक्षांत अतिथि भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद, नई दिल्ली के पूर्व महानिदेशक एवं कृषि अनुसंधान व शिक्षा विभाग के पूर्व सचिव डॉ. मंगला राय होंगे।
विशिष्ट अतिथि महाराणा प्रताप कृषि एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, उदयपुर एवं श्री कर्ण नरेन्द्र कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, जोबनेर के पूर्व कुलपति डॉ. नरेन्द्र सिंह राठौड़ होंगे।
कार्यक्रम में स्व. रामनारायण चौधरी कृषि महाविद्यालय, मंडावा, झुंझुनू के महाविद्यालय भवन, छात्रावास भवन तथा विश्वविद्यालय के परिसर स्थित आपणो कृषि बाजार का लोकार्पण भी राज्यपाल द्वारा किया जाएगा।
पेमासर में लगेगी कृषि प्रदर्शनी:
किसानों के साथ संवाद करेंगे राज्यपाल:
समारोह के पश्चात राज्यपाल हरिभाऊ बागडे यूएसआर ग्राम पेमासर में विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित की जाने वाली कृषि प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन करेंगे। इस दौरान राज्यपाल पेमासर में किसानों के साथ संवाद भी करेंगे।
कुलपति ने बताया कि यूएसआर ग्राम के तहत पेमासर में विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा ग्रामीणों को विभिन्न उत्पाद बनाना सिखाया गया है तथा इन सामानों के विपणन से जुड़ी गतिविधियां आयोजित की जा रही है।
कुल 1480 विद्यार्थियों को प्रदान की जाएगी उपाधि:
दीक्षांत समारोह में राज्यपाल एवं कुलाधिपति द्वारा कृषि संकाय, सामुदायिक विज्ञान संकाय और आईएबीएम के कुल 1480 विद्यार्थियों को उपाधि प्रदान की जाएगी। जिसमें कृषि संकाय के अंतर्गत स्नातक (यूजी) के 1346, स्नातकोत्तर (पीजी) के 114 और विद्या वाचस्पति ( पीएचडी) के 20 विद्यार्थी शामिल हैं।
13 विद्यार्थियों को स्वर्ण पदक व 02 विद्यार्थियों को कुलाधिपति स्वर्ण पदक:
समारोह में राज्यपाल 13 विद्यार्थियों को स्वर्ण पदक और 02 विद्यार्थियों को कुलाधिपति स्वर्ण पदक से सम्मानित करेंगे। स्वर्ण पदक प्राप्त करने वाले 13 विद्यार्थियों में से स्नातक के 02, स्नातकोत्तर के 10 और विद्यावाचस्पति का 01 विद्यार्थी शामिल है। स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर के 01-01 विद्यार्थी को कुलाधिपति स्वर्ण पदक से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
डॉ मंगला राय को प्रदान की जाएगी डॉक्टर ऑफ साइंस (कृषि ) की मानद उपाधि:
भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद, नई दिल्ली के पूर्व महानिदेशक एवं कृषि अनुसंधान व शिक्षा विभाग के पूर्व सचिव डॉ मंगला राय को कृषि के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए राज्यपाल द्वारा डॉक्टर ऑफ साइंस (कृषि) की मानद उपाधि प्रदान की जाएगी।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The twenty-first convocation of Swami Keshavanand Rajasthan Agricultural University will be held on Monday, 24 February. Vice Chancellor Dr. Arun Kumar said that the 21st convocation to be held in the Vidya Mandap auditorium of the university on February 24 will be presided over by Governor and Chancellor Shri Haribhau Bagde. In this ceremony, various academic degrees will be awarded to 1480 students.
The Vice Chancellor informed that the convocation guest of the ceremony will be Dr. Mangala Rai, former Director General of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi and former Secretary of Department of Agricultural Research and Education.
The special guest will be Dr. Narendra Singh Rathore, former Vice Chancellor of Maharana Pratap Agricultural and Technology University, Udaipur and Shri Karan Narendra Agricultural University, Jobner.
In the program, the Governor will also inaugurate the college building, hostel building of Late Ramnarayan Chaudhary Agricultural College, Mandawa, Jhunjhunu and Aapna Krishi Bazaar located in the university campus.
Agricultural exhibition to be held in Pemasar:
Governor will interact with farmers:
After the ceremony, Governor Haribhau Bagde will visit the agricultural exhibition to be organized by the university in USR Village Pemasar. During this, the Governor will also interact with the farmers in Pemasar.
The Vice Chancellor said that under USR Village, the university has taught the villagers to make various products in Pemasar and activities related to the marketing of these goods are being organized.
A total of 1480 students will be awarded degrees:
In the convocation ceremony, the Governor and Chancellor will award degrees to a total of 1480 students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Community Sciences and IABM. Which includes 1346 undergraduate (UG), 114 postgraduate (PG) and 20 Vidya Vachaspati (PhD) students under the Faculty of Agriculture.
Gold medals to 13 students and Chancellor’s Gold Medal to 02 students:
In the ceremony, the Governor will honour 13 students with gold medals and Chancellor’s Gold Medal to 02 students. Out of the 13 students who received gold medals, 02 are undergraduate, 10 are postgraduate and 01 is Vidya Vachaspati. 01 student each from undergraduate and postgraduate will be honoured with Chancellor’s Gold Medal.
Dr Mangala Rai will be awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Science (Agriculture):
Dr Mangala Rai, former Director General of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi and former Secretary of Department of Agricultural Research and Education will be awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Science (Agriculture) by the Governor for her outstanding contribution in the field of agriculture.
