अजमेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान में अजमेर जिले के पीसांगन स्थित विवेकानंद मॉडल राजकीय विद्यालय में छात्राओं के साथ कथित गलत व्यवहार के मामले में पुलिस ने दूसरे आरोपी वरिष्ठ शारीरिक शिक्षक (PTI) ललित कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। इससे पहले इस मामले के मुख्य आरोपी शिक्षक मोहम्मद अली को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा जा चुका है। मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए पुलिस और शिक्षा विभाग दोनों कार्रवाई कर रहे हैं।

पुलिस के अनुसार घटना की जांच के लिए एक विशेष टीम बनाई गई थी। आरोपी ललित कुमार घटना के बाद से फरार था। पुलिस ने तकनीकी साक्ष्यों और मुखबिर से मिली सूचना के आधार पर उसके संभावित ठिकानों पर दबिश दी और उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
गिरफ्तारी के बाद आरोपी से पूछताछ की जा रही है।जांच के दौरान पुलिस दोनों आरोपियों के मोबाइल फोन और उनके बीच हुई चैट की भी जांच कर रही है। इससे यह पता लगाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है कि मामले से जुड़े अन्य तथ्य क्या हैं और कहीं इसमें किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की भूमिका तो नहीं है।

शिक्षा विभाग ने कर दिया था सस्पेंड:
शिक्षा विभाग ने भी मामले को गंभीर मानते हुए कार्रवाई की है। विभाग ने दोनों आरोपी शिक्षकों को पहले ही निलंबित कर दिया था। इसके अलावा शिकायत करने वाली छात्रा को थप्पड़ मारने के आरोप में शिक्षिका पिंकी यादव को भी निलंबित किया जा चुका है।

विभाग का कहना है कि छात्राओं की सुरक्षा और सम्मान से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा। पुलिस ने पीड़ित छात्राओं और उनके परिजनों के बयान दर्ज कर लिए हैं। इन्हीं बयानों के आधार पर आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर आगे की जांच की जा रही है।

अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जांच निष्पक्ष तरीके से की जाएगी और जो भी तथ्य सामने आएंगे उनके आधार पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। ये मामला सामने आने के बाद क्षेत्र में चिंता का माहौल है।

अभिभावकों ने विद्यालयों में छात्राओं की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने और ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति रोकने के लिए कड़े कदम उठाने की मांग की है। वहीं शिक्षा विभाग ने भी विद्यालयों में अनुशासन और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और मजबूत बनाने की बात कही है।

पुलिस का कहना है कि जांच अभी जारी है। यदि जांच में कोई नया तथ्य सामने आता है या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की संलिप्तता पाई जाती है तो उसके खिलाफ भी नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Police have arrested the second accused, Senior Physical Education Teacher (PTI), Lalit Kumar, in connection with the alleged misconduct with female students at Vivekananda Model Government School in Pisangan, Ajmer district, Rajasthan. Previously, the main accused, teacher Mohammad Ali, was arrested and sent to jail. Taking the matter seriously, both the police and the Education Department are taking action.

According to the police, a special team was formed to investigate the incident. The accused, Lalit Kumar, had been absconding since the incident. Based on technical evidence and information received from an informant, police raided his possible hideouts and arrested him.

The accused is being interrogated following the arrest. During the investigation, police are also examining the mobile phones of both accused and the chats between them. Efforts are being made to determine the other facts surrounding the case and whether any other individuals were involved.

Suspended by the Education Department:
The Education Department has also taken action, considering the matter serious. The department has already suspended both accused teachers. In addition, teacher Pinky Yadav has also been suspended for slapping the complaining student.

The department states that the safety and dignity of female students will not be compromised. Police have recorded statements from the victim students and their families. Based on these statements, a case has been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.

Officials say that the investigation will be conducted impartially and legal action will be taken based on the facts that emerge. This incident has created an atmosphere of concern in the area.

Parents have demanded strict measures to ensure the safety of female students in schools and prevent recurrence of such incidents. The Education Department has also called for strengthening discipline and security in schools.

Police say the investigation is ongoing. If any new facts emerge or the involvement of any other person is found, action will be taken against them as per the law.
