बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। मंगलवार दोपहर में संभागीय आयुक्त नीरज के. पवन के आदेश पर एक दस्ता सर्वोदय बस्ती पहुंचा। जब वहां अवैध कब्जे तोड़ने का सिलसिला शुरु हुआ तो स्थानीय लोगों ने विरोध करना शुरू कर दिया।

बीकानेर के सर्वोदय बस्ती क्षेत्र में अतिक्रमण तोड़ने पहुंचे संभागीय आयुक्त नीरज के. पवन पर एक युवक ने तलवार से हमला करने का प्रयास किया। साथ ही वह बार-बार तलवार लहरा कर पुलिसकर्मियों को भी धमकाता रहा। इसके बावजूद भी अवैध कब्जे तोड़ने का अभियान नहीं थमा।

बताया जा रहा है कि इसी दौरान एक बाड़े में खड़े युवक ने संभागीय आयुक्त के साथ चल रहे दल को ललकारा। उसके हाथ में नंगी तलवार थी। वह लगातार काफिले को देखकर अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग करता रहा और तलवार दिखाकर धमकाता रहा। जिसके बाद वो तलवार लेकर उस तरफ दौड़ा जिस तरफ संभागीय आयुक्त जा रहे थे। वह बाड़े के दूसरे गेट की ओर भागा था जहां उसे लोगों ने रोक लिया।

मुक्ता प्रसाद नगर थानाधिकारी अरविन्द भारद्वाज ने बताया कि विजय गहलोत नामक इस युवक को बाद में पुलिस ने हिरासत में लिया है। इस दौरान पत्थरबाजी में कब्जे तोड़ने गए दल के सदस्यों को भी चोटें आईं हैं। जेसीबी ड्राइवर और पुलिसकर्मियों को भी पत्थर लगे हैं।

संभागीय आयुक्त, नीरज के पवन ने  बताया कि काफी देर तक वो युवक तलवार लेकर घूम रहा था, मेरी तरफ भी आया था। हमारे जेसीबी चालक और दल के अन्य सदस्यों पर पत्थरबाजी भी की गई। युवक को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। मामला दर्ज करवाया जा रहा है।
