बड़ी खबर: सरकार और डॉक्टरों के बीच 8 बिन्दुओं पर समझौता, धरना खत्म, अब काम पर लौटे डॉक्टर….
जयपुर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान में 18 मार्च से चल रहा प्राइवेट डॉक्टर्स का धरना खत्म हो गया हैं। 10 घंटे सरकार और डॉक्टर्स के बीच चली दो चरणों की वार्ता के बाद आखिरकार यह गतिरोध टूट गया है, सरकार के डॉक्टर्स की सारी शर्तें मान ली है। जिसके बाद 8 बिंदुओं पर सहमति बनी है। जहां एक ओर सरकार से डॉक्टर्स की वार्ता चल रही थी तो वहीं दूसरी ओर डॉक्टर्स महारैली करने जा रहे थे, इसी बीच सरकार से वार्ता के दौरान प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल एंड नर्सिंग होम सोसायटी के सचिव डॉ. विजय कपूर ने सहमति पत्र पर साइन कर हड़ताल खत्म करने का ऐलान कर दिया है।
- 50 बिस्तरों से कम वाले निजी मल्टी स्पेशियलिटी अस्पतालों को आरटीएच से बाहर कर दिया है।
- सभी निजी अस्पतालों की स्थापना सरकार से बिना किसी सुविधा के हुई है और रियायती दर पर बिल्डिंग को भी आरटीएच अधिनियम से बाहर रखा जाएगा।
- ये अस्पताल आरटीएच के दायरे में आएंगे-
– निजी मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल
– पीपीपी मोड पर बने अस्पताल
– सरकार से मुफ्त या रियायती दरों पर जमीन लेने के बाद स्थापित अस्पताल (प्रति उनके अनुबंध की शर्तें)
– अस्पताल ट्रस्टों द्वारा चलाए जाते हैं(भूमि और बिल्डिंग के रूप में सरकार द्वारा वित्तपोषित) - राजस्थान के विभिन्न स्थानों पर बने अस्पतालों को कोटा में नियमित करने पर विचार किया जायेगा
नमूना - आंदोलन के दौरान दर्ज किए गए पुलिस केस और अन्य मामले वापस लिए जाएंगे
- अस्पतालों के लिए लाइसेंस और अन्य स्वीकृतियों के लिए सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम होगा
- फायर एनओसी नवीनीकरण हर 5 साल में करवाया जाएगा
- नियमों में कोई और परिवर्तन, यदि कोई हो, आईएमए के दो प्रतिनिधियों के परामर्श के बाद किया जाएगा

Where on one hand the talks of the doctors were going on with the government, on the other hand the doctors were going to hold a rally, meanwhile, during the talks with the government, Dr. Vijay Kapoor, secretary of the Private Hospital and Nursing Home Society, signed an agreement to end the strike. has been announced.
- Private multi specialty hospitals with less than 50 beds have been excluded from RTH.
- All private hospitals established without any facilities from the government and building on subsidized rates will also be kept out of the RTH Act.
- These hospitals will come under the ambit of RTH-
private medical college hospital
– Hospital built on PPP mode
– Hospitals established after taking land from the government free of cost or at subsidized rates (per their contract terms)
– Hospitals are run by trusts (funded by the government in the form of land and building) - It will be considered to regularize the hospitals built at different places of Rajasthan in Kota.
Sample - Police cases and other cases registered during the movement will be withdrawn
- There will be a single window system for licenses and other approvals for hospitals
- Fire NOC renewal will be done every 5 years
- Further changes to the rules, if any, will be made after consultation with two representatives of IMA
