बयान देने आई युवती और भाई का अपहरण: 5 थानों की टीमों ने किया पीछा, 30 KM पैदल चल पहाड़ियों से पकड़ा
जालोर, @MaruSangram। युवती ने कुछ दिन पहले छेड़छाड़ व फर्जी मैरिज रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाने का मामला दर्ज करवाया था। इस संबंध में युवती एक युवक के साथ बयान देने आई थी। वापस लौटने समय आरोपियों को भनक लगी और कुछ बदमाशों ने गाड़ी आगे लगाकर युवक के साथ मारपीट कर युवती-युवक का किडनैप कर लिया।
पुलिस ने 5 थानों सहित 7 टीमों की मदद से 10 घंटे बदमाशों का पीछा कर रात को 10 बजे पहाड़ी इलाके से दस्तयाब किया। मामला बाड़मेर जिले के चौहटन आकोड़ा गांव 21 मार्च की है। वहीं पुलिस की टीमों ने 3 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर दो गाड़ियों को जब्त किया है।
पुलिस के अनुसार 21 मार्च शाम 7 बजे पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि चौहटन में एक युवक के साथ मारपीट उसके साथ आई युवती का किडनैप कर ले गए। चौहटन थानाधिकारी भुटाराम मय पुलिस जाब्ता मौके पर पहुंचे। वहां एक युवक घायल हालात में मिला। इससे पूछताछ करने पर अपने साथ अपने साथ आई बहिन को सांगसिह, दुर्जनसिह द्वारा कैंपर गाड़ी में मारपीट कर किडनैप कर ले गए। पुलिस ने युवक का उपचार के लिए चौहटन हॉस्पिटल भर्ती करवाया गया। वहीं, पुलिस की अलग-अलग टीमों ने युवती की तलाश करनी शुरू की गई है। वहीं जिले भर में नाकाबंदी करवाई गई।

गाड़ी पंचर होने पर अपह्रत युवक के साथ मारपीट कर छोड़ा
पुलिस की गाड़ियों बदमाशों का पीछा कर रही थी। इस दौरान गाड़ी पंचर होने से अपह्रत युवक मौके से भाग गया। जबकि बदमाश युवती को दूसरी गाड़ी में डाल कर खारिया गांव ले गए। यहां से पैदल ही धोरों में भागने लगे। पुलिस ने करीब 10 घंटे तक पीछा किया और उसके बाद टॉर्च और पैरों के निशानों से तलाश करते हुए मंगलवार रात 12 बजे सियाणी गांव के पहाड़ी इलाके से दस्तयाब किया।

बदमाश युवती को पैदल ही भगाते हुए सांगसिंह सियाणी गांव पहाड़ में छिप गया। पुलिस की टीमें पैदल ही पैरों के निशान से तलाश में लगी रही। मंगलवार रात करीब 12 बजे सियाणी इलाके से युवती समेत आरोपी सांगसिंह को दस्तयाब किया। आरोपियों के खिलाफ अपहरण व मारपीट का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। युवती व उसके साथी युवक का मेडिकल करवाया गया। बोलेरो पंचर होने के बाद दूसरी गाड़ी से धर्मसिंह पुत्र चंदनसिंह निवासी चौहटन आगोर व गोमाराम पुत्र भगवानाराम भील खारिया राठौड़ान युवती का अपहरण कर ले गए। खारिया गोकलियान में गोमाराम, धर्मसिंह और सांगसिंह युवती को डरा-धमकाते हुए पैदल ही धोरों में घुमाते हुए सांगसिंह सियाणी की तरफ चला गया।

चौहटन थानाधिकारी भुट्टाराम ने बताया कि 15 दिन पहले चौहटन थाने में जालोर की एक युवती ने छेड़छाड़ व फर्जी विवाह पंजीयन का मामला आकोड़ा निवासी सांगसिंह व अन्य के खिलाफ दर्ज करवाया था। इसके बाद मंगलवार को युवती व उसके साथ एक युवक थाने बयान दर्ज करवाने आए थे। वापस लौटते समय सांगसिंह पुत्र सगतसिंह निवासी दूदवा व दुर्जनसिंह ने बोलेरो कैंपर गाड़ी से युवक-युवती का अपहरण कर लिया।

जानकारी मिलने के बाद पुलिस ने जिले भर में नाकाबंदी करवाई दी। एसपी दिगंत आनंद के निर्देश पर डीएसपी धर्मेंद्र डऊकिया ने चौहटन थानाधिकारी भुट्टाराम, बिजराड़ थानाधिकारी भंवराराम, रामसर थानाधिकारी दाऊद खां, गडरारोड थानाधिकारी बाबूलाल, बाखासर थानाधिकारी सूरजभानसिंह, डीएसटी टीम के महिपालसिंह, भूपेंद्रसिंह, किशोर कुमार, शिवरतन, पूनमचंद, गोपी किशन की टीमें गठित कर तलाश के लिए लगाया गया। करीब 10 घंटे की मशक्कत के बाद पुलिस ने सांगसिंह पुत्र सगतसिंह राजपूत निवासी दूधवा खुर्द, धर्मसिंह पुत्र चंदनसिंह राजपूत निवासी चौहटन आगोर, गोमाराम पुत्र भगवानाराम भील निवासी खारिया राठौड़ान को गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस 3 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर दो गाड़ियों को जब्त किया है।

On inquiring about this, Sangsingh, Durjansingh kidnapped the sister who came along with them by beating them up in a camper car. Police admitted the young man to Chauhtan Hospital for treatment. At the same time, different police teams have started searching for the girl. At the same time blockade was done across the district.

The police chased for about 10 hours and then searched from the hilly area of Siyani village at 12 midnight on Tuesday, searching with torches and footprints.

On Tuesday night around 12 o’clock, the accused Sangsingh along with the girl was arrested from Siyani area. A case of kidnapping and assault has been registered against the accused. The medical treatment of the girl and her companion was done. After the Bolero was punctured, Dharamsingh’s son Chandansingh resident of Chauhtan Agor and Gomaram’s son Bhagwanaram Bhil Kharia Rathod kidnapped the girl from another vehicle. In Kharia Gokliyan, Gomaram, Dharamsingh and Sangsingh went towards Siyani, taking the girl on foot in dhors while threatening her.

After about 10 hours of struggle, the police have arrested Sangsingh s/o Sagatsingh Rajput resident Dudhwa Khurd, Dharamsingh s/o Chandansingh Rajput resident Chauhtan Agor, Gomaram s/o Bhagwanaram Bhil resident Kharia Rathodan.
