चार घंटे चली जन सुनवाई में जिला कलेक्टर ने सुनी 123 समस्याएं

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला स्तरीय जनसुनवाई गुरुवार को जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल की अध्यक्षता में कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में हुई।

चार घंटे से अधिक समय पर तक चली जनसुनवाई में 123 प्रकरण प्राप्त हुए। जिला कलेक्टर ने सभी प्रकरणों को समयबद्ध निस्तारित करने के निर्देश दिए तथा कहा कि बेवजह प्रकरण लंबित रहने पर संबंधित अधिकारी के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस दौरान सभी जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। वहीं उपखंड स्तरीय अधिकारी वीसी से जुड़े।

जनसुनवाई के दौरान मुक्ता प्रसाद नगर के वाशिंदों ने बताया कि दादा पोता पार्क को असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा नुकसान पहुंचाया जा रहा है। वहीं उन्होंने पार्क के रखरखाव की आवश्यकता भी जताई।

जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि इंदिरा गांधी शहरी रोजगार गारंटी योजना के तहत मस्टरोल जारी करते हुए पार्क की देखभाल करें। साथ ही पुलिस को यहां नियमित गश्त करने और पार्क विकास समिति के सदस्यों के साथ बैठक करने के निर्देश दिए। रीको क्षेत्र में हुए अवैध कब्जों के प्रकरण के संबंध में जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि अतिक्रमण का सर्वे करते हुए इन्हें प्राथमिकता के आधार पर नियामुनसार हटाया जाए।

उदयरामसर पटवारी के नियमित कार्यालय में नहीं आने की शिकायत पर तहसीलदार को निर्देशित किया कि पटवारी को पटवार भवन में नियमित रूप से बैठने के लिए पाबंद किया जाए।

शहरी क्षेत्र में खुले मैन हाल और चेंबर दुरुस्त करवाने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान बिना अनुमति आवासीय निर्माण, सीवरेज कनेक्शन, रास्ता खुलवाने, सार्वजनिक रास्ते पर अतिक्रमण हटाने, टूटी हुई पाइपलाइन को दुरुस्त करवाने, बरसाती पानी के निकास की व्यवस्था सहित अनेक प्रकरण प्राप्त हुए।

इस अवसर पर जिला परिषद की मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नित्या के., अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (प्रशासन) ओम प्रकाश, अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (शहर) पंकज शर्मा, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक (नगर) हरिशंकर सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

The district collector heard 123 problems in the four-hour public hearing

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The district level public hearing was held on Thursday in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal.

123 cases were received in the public hearing which lasted for more than four hours. The District Collector instructed to dispose of all the cases in a time-bound manner and said that strict action will be taken against the concerned officer if the case is pending without any reason. During this all the district level officers were present. And the subdivision level officers joined the VC.

During the public hearing, the residents of Mukta Prasad Nagar told that Dada Pota Park is being damaged by anti-social elements. At the same time, he also expressed the need for the maintenance of the park.

The District Collector said to take care of the park by issuing musterol under the Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme. Also instructed the police to patrol here regularly and hold meetings with the members of the Park Development Committee. Regarding the case of illegal encroachments in Ricoh area, the District Collector said that encroachments should be removed on priority basis while surveying them.

On the complaint of Udayramsar Patwari not coming to the regular office, Tehsildar was directed to restrict Patwari to sit regularly in Patwar Bhavan.

Instructed to repair open man halls and chambers in urban areas. During this, many cases were received including residential construction without permission, sewerage connection, opening of road, removal of encroachment on public road, repair of broken pipeline, provision of drainage of rain water.

On this occasion, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Nitya K., Additional District Collector (Administration) Om Prakash, Additional District Collector (City) Pankaj Sharma, Additional Superintendent of Police (City) Harishankar and officers of various departments were present.
