400 करोड़ के घर पर चला दिया बुलडोजर, दिल्ली में किस पर इतना बड़ा ऐक्शन….
नई दिल्ली, @MaruSangram। विकास प्राधिकरण (डीडीए) ने शनिवार को दिवंगत कारोबारी पोंटी चड्ढा के छतरपुर स्थित फार्महाउस पर बुलडोजर चला दिया। लगभग 10 एकड़ में फैले इस फार्म हाउस का बड़ा हिस्सा सरकारी जमीन पर बना हुआ था। इसकी कीमत लगभग 400 करोड़ रुपये बताई जा रही है।
कार्रवाई के दौरान भारी मात्रा में पुलिसकर्मियों की तैनाती मौके पर रही। रविवार को भी इस फार्महाउस को तोड़ने का काम जारी रहेगा।
राजनिवास सूत्रों ने बताया कि दक्षिण दिल्ली के छतरपुर में लगभग 10 एकड़ में पूर्व शराब कारोबारी पोंटी चड्ढा उर्फ गुरदीप सिंह का फार्महाउस बना हुआ था। इसका बड़ा हिस्सा सरकारी जमीन पर अतिक्रमण कर बनाया गया है।
इसके चलते डीडीए अधिकारियों की तरफ से अतिक्रमण को हटाने के निर्देश दिए गये थे। शुक्रवार से ही इस फार्महाउस को तोड़ने का काम डीडीए ने शुरू किया और यह शनिवार को भी जारी रहा।
राजनिवास सूत्रों ने बताया कि अभी तक इस फार्महाउस से पांच एकड़ में मौजूद अतिक्रमण को हटाया जा चुका है।
शनिवार को चल रही इस कार्रवाई के दौरान बड़ी संख्या में लोगों की भीड़ मौजूद रही।
डीडीए के अनुसार शनिवार को अंधेरा होने पर यह कार्रवाई रोक दी गई, लेकिन रविवार को फिर अवैध निर्माण को गिराकर सरकारी जमीन को अतिक्रमण से मुक्त कराया जाएगा।
सूत्रों ने बताया कि इसी फॉर्म हाउस में नवंबर 2012 में पोंटी चड्ढा एवं उसके भाई हरदीप की गोलीबारी में मौत हो गई थी। प्रॉपर्टी विवाद के चलते दोनों भाइयों द्वारा एक-दूसरे पर गोली चलाने की बात सामने आई थी।

New Delhi, @MaruSangram. Development Authority (DDA) on Saturday ran a bulldozer on the farmhouse of late businessman Ponty Chadha in Chhatarpur. A large part of this farm house spread over about 10 acres was built on government land. Its price is said to be around Rs 400 crore.
During the operation, a large number of police personnel remained deployed at the spot. The work of demolishing this farmhouse will continue on Sunday also.
Rajnivas sources said that the farmhouse of former liquor businessman Ponty Chadha alias Gurdeep Singh was built on about 10 acres in Chhatarpur, South Delhi. A large part of it has been built by encroaching on government land.
Due to this, instructions were given by DDA officials to remove the encroachment. DDA started the demolition work of this farmhouse from Friday itself and it continued on Saturday also.
Rajnivas sources said that till now the encroachment in five acres has been removed from this farmhouse.
A large crowd of people was present during the ongoing action on Saturday.
According to DDA, this action was stopped after it got dark on Saturday, but on Sunday the government land will be freed from encroachment by demolishing the illegal construction.
Sources said that Ponty Chadha and his brother Hardeep were killed in firing in the same farm house in November 2012. Due to a property dispute, it was revealed that both the brothers had fired at each other.
