बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। बीकानेर के महाराजा गंगा सिंह विश्वविद्याल की शोध छात्रा कौशल्या कुमारी को पीएच. डी की उपाधि प्रदान की गई है।
उन्होंने अपना शोध कार्य इतिहास विभाग की संकाय सदस्या डॉ. मेघना शर्मा के निर्देशन में पूरा किया जिसका विषय कोटा राज्य की ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था एवं सामाजिक संरचना (19वीं शताब्दी के संदर्भ में) रहा।
इसमें उन्नीसवीं शताब्दी कोटा राज्य की कृषि व्यवस्था, भू राजस्व, जमींदारी व मुकाता व्यवस्था के अतिरिक्त झाला जालिमसिंह के कार्यकाल में हुये सुधारों पर सचित्र व विस्तृत अध्याय शामिल हैं।

He completed his research work under the direction of Dr. Meghna Sharma, faculty member of the History Department, the subject of which was the rural economy and social structure of Kota state (in the context of the 19th century).
It includes illustrated and detailed chapters on the agricultural system, land revenue, zamindari and mukata system of the nineteenth century Kota state and the reforms that took place during the tenure of Jhala Zalim Singh.
