बीकानेर, @Marusangram। बीकानेर शहर सहित सम्पूर्ण राजस्थान में विधानसभा चुनाव चर्म पर। आज मतदान करने के लिए सुबह 7 बजें से पहले ही मतदाता अपने घर से निकल मतदान केंद्र पहुंचने लगे। वहीं मतदाताओं को रिझाने के लिए कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा मतदाता को टैक्सी सहित अन्य वाहनों से मतदान केंद्र तक पहुंचाने की व्यवस्था भी जोरों पर है।

जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने बताया कि राजनीतिक पार्टी एवं उम्मीदवारों द्वारा मतदान समाप्ति के 24 घंटे पूर्व से मतदान समाप्ति तक मतदाताओं को वाहनों से मतदान केद्रों तक लाने और ले जाने पर पूर्ण रूप से रोक लगाई गई है। साथ ही मतदान के दिन मतदान केंद्र के 100 मीटर के क्षेत्र में किसी भी प्रकार का प्रचार-प्रसार भी अनुमत नहीं होगा। चुनाव ड्यूटी में लगे पुलिस अधिकारियों और अन्य कर्मचारियों के अतिरिक्त कोई भी व्यक्ति मतदान के दिन मतदान केंद्र से 200 मीटर की परिधि के अंदर मोबाइल फोन, सेल फोन या वायरलेस का उपयोग नहीं करेगा। चुनाव परिणाम के बाद विजय जुलूस पर भी पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंध रहेगा।

मतदान दिवस के दिन मतदान केंद्र के 100 मीटर के क्षेत्र में कोई राजनीतिक पार्टी, उम्मीदवार, व्यक्ति किसी भी प्रकार के विस्फोटक पदार्थ, रासायनिक पदार्थ, आग्नेय शस्त्र अस्त्र जैसे रिवाल्वर पिस्टल इत्यादि व छुरी, चाकू जैसे धारदार हथियार लेकर प्रवेश नहीं कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि यह आदेश सीमा सुरक्षा बल, राजस्थान सशस्त्र पुलिस, सिविल पुलिस होमगार्ड,  सिक्योरिटी वाले व्यक्ति और  कानून और व्यवस्था के संबंध में अपने पास हथियार रखने के लिए अधिकृत किए गए राज्य और केंद्र सरकार कर्मचारियों पर लागू नहीं होगा। सिख समुदाय के व्यक्तियों को भी धार्मिक परंपरा के अनुसार निर्धारित कृपाण रखने की छूट दी गई है। आदेशों की अवहेलना भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 188 के तहत दंडनीय होगी।

Also, no publicity of any kind will be allowed in the area of ​​100 meters of the polling station on the day of voting. No person, except police officers and other employees on election duty, shall use mobile phone, cell phone or wireless within a radius of 200 meters from the polling station on the day of polling. There will be a complete ban on victory processions after the election results.

On the day of voting, no political party, candidate, person will be allowed to enter the 100 meter area of ​​the polling station with any kind of explosive substance, chemical substance, firearms like revolver, pistol etc. and sharp weapons like knives, etc. He said the order will not apply to Border Security Force, Rajasthan Armed Police, Civil Police Home Guards, security personnel and state and central government employees authorized to carry arms in connection with law and order. Individuals from the Sikh community have also been given the freedom to possess a kirpan as prescribed by religious tradition. Disobeying orders will be punishable under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
