बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। विधानसभा आम चुनाव 2023 के तहत आदर्श आचार संहिता उल्लंघन से जुड़ी अब तक कुल 280 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं जिनमें से सी-विजिल एप पर 273 तथा 7 शिकायतें ऑफलाइन प्राप्त की गई।

जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने बताया कि सी-विजिल एप पर प्राप्त 273 शिकायतों में से 84 शिकायतें सही पाई गई, जिनका निस्तारण कर दिया गया।

उन्होंने बताया कि सी-विजिल एप पर प्राप्त 273 शिकायतों में से 84 शिकायतें सही पायी गई इनमें से 77 शिकायतों का निस्तारण भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित समयावधि 100 मिनट के अंदर करते हुए कार्रवाई की गई।

आदर्श आचार संहिता उल्लंघन से जुड़ी विभिन्न प्रवृति की शिकायतों की जांच की गयी और प्रावधानानुसार कार्यवाही कर निस्तारण किया गया। सी विजिल एप पर 189 शिकायतें सही नहीं पाई गई।

उन्होंने बताया कि एमसीसी अनुपालना के संबंध में नागरिकों में जागरूकता व जानकारी बढ़ाने हेतु मुख्य स्थानों पर स्टीकर व पोस्टर लगाये जा रहे है।

आदर्श आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन से संबंधित शिकायत 1950 पर या लाइव लोकेशन के साथ वीडियो या फोटो सी विजिल एप पर अपलोड कर की जा सकती है।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. A total of 280 complaints related to violation of the Model Code of Conduct have been received so far under the Assembly General Elections 2023, out of which 273 complaints were received on C-Vigil app and 7 complaints were received offline.

District Election Officer Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that out of 273 complaints received on C-Vigil app, 84 complaints were found to be correct and were resolved.

He said that out of 273 complaints received on C-Vigil App, 84 complaints were found to be true and out of these, 77 complaints were resolved and action was taken within the time period of 100 minutes prescribed by the Election Commission of India.

Complaints of various nature related to violation of Model Code of Conduct were investigated and resolved by taking action as per the provisions. 189 complaints on C Vigil app were found not to be correct.

He said that stickers and posters are being put up at key places to increase awareness and information among citizens regarding MCC compliance.

Complaint related to violation of Model Code of Conduct can be made on 1950 or by uploading video or photo with live location on Sea Vigil App.
