बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। ट्रैफिक पुलिस दुपहिया वाहन चालकों द्वारा हेलमेट नहीं पहने पाए जाने पर अब  सकारात्मक एक्शन के तहत सुरक्षा फिल्में दिखाकर भी हेलमेट पहनने के लिए प्रेरित कर रही है।

इसी श्रृंखला में जिले के सभी टोल नाको पर हेलमेट बिना पहने गुजरने वाले दुपहिया वाहन चालकों को रोक कर सुरक्षा फिल्म दिखाई जा रही है। करीब 20 मिनट की इस फिल्म के माध्यम से वाहन चालकों को अपने जीवन के प्रति संजीदा रहते हुए सड़क सुरक्षा व नियमों की पालना करने का संदेश दिया जा रहा है।

जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने बताया कि लोगों को सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक करने की सीख के तौर पर  सकारात्मक एक्शन के तहत पर यह पहल की गई है। इसके तहत जामसर, लखासर, नोखा और सालासर टोल पर दुपहिया वाहन चालकों को सुरक्षा फिल्म  दिखाई जा रही है बिना हेलमेट लगाए गुजरने वाले वाहन चालकों को रोक कर चालान कटवाने अथवा सुरक्षा फिल्म देखने का विकल्प दिया जाता है।

इस विकल्प के दौरान लोग रुक कर करीब 20 मिनट की सुरक्षा फिल्म देखते हैं, इस फिल्म में मार्मिक तरीके से सड़क सुरक्षा के दौरान हेलमेट की भूमिका और अन्य नियमों के पालना करने का संदेश दिया गया है।

यातायात प्रभारी अनिल कुमार ने बताया कि जिले के विभिन्न टोल नाको पर इस माह 780 दुपहिया वाहन चालकों को फिल्म दिखाई गई है।  
हेलमेट जांच  का सघन अभियान नियमित रूप से चलाया जा रहा है इसके तहत लखासर टोल प्लाजा पर 197, सालासर टोल नाके पर 189, नोखा टोल नाके पर 242 और जामसर टोल नाके पर 152 लोगों को यह फिल्म दिखाई गई। लोग इस पहल से प्रभावित भी हैं और अन्य लोगों को भी हेलमेट लगाने के लिए प्रेरित कर रहे हैं।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Traffic Police is now motivating two-wheeler riders to wear helmets by showing safety films as part of positive action if they are found not wearing helmets.

In this series, a safety film is being shown at all the toll points in the district on stopping two-wheeler drivers passing without wearing helmets. Through this film of about 20 minutes, a message is being given to the drivers to be serious about their lives and follow road safety and rules.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that this initiative has been taken under positive action as a lesson to make people aware about road safety. Under this, safety films are being shown to two-wheeler drivers at Jamsar, Lakhasar, Nokha and Salasar tolls. Drivers passing without wearing helmets are stopped and given the option of getting a challan or watching the safety film.

During this option, people stop and watch a safety film of about 20 minutes, which gives a poignant message about the role of helmet and following other rules during road safety.

Traffic in-charge Anil Kumar said that this month the film has been shown to 780 two-wheeler drivers at various toll points in the district.
An intensive campaign of helmet checking is being conducted regularly under which the film was shown to 197 people at Lakhasar toll plaza, 189 at Salasar toll point, 242 at Nokha toll point and 152 people at Jamsar toll point. People are impressed by this initiative and are inspiring others to wear helmets.
