महिला का किडनैप और गैंगरेप : निर्वस्त्र सड़क पर मदद मांगती रही….

भीलवाड़ा, @MaruSangram। भीलवाड़ा में खाना खाकर टहलने निकली महिला का एक परिचित समेत दो लोगों ने किडनैप कर गैंगरेप किया। इसके बाद महिला को निर्वस्त्र हालत में घटनास्थल से भागी।

दुष्कर्म पीड़िता रास्ते पर लोगों से 30 मिनट तक मदद मांगती रही। एक बाइक सवार ने पुलिस को सूचना दी। इसके बाद मौके पर पहुंचे पुलिसवाले उसे बैनर में लपेटकर पुलिस स्टेशन लाए।

महिला से पूछताछ के आधार पर दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। इसमें से एक युवक महिला का पहले से परिचित है। घटना भीलवाड़ा के गंगापुर की शनिवार रात करीब 8 बजे की है।

एएसपी विमलसिंह नेहरा ने बताया कि शनिवार रात 8.40 बजे एक ग्रामीण ने सूचना दी कि गंगापुर से 6-7 किलोमीटर दूर आमली रोड पर झूमपुर चौराहे के पास एक महिला निर्वस्त्र मिली है। जिसके साथ गैंगरेप हुआ है।

इस सूचना पर गंगापुर एसएचओ जाप्ते के साथ तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचे। वहां कुछ लोग मौजूद थे जिन्होंने महिला को कुछ कपड़े दिए। पुलिस ने भी महिला को प्लास्टिक का बैनर उपलब्ध कराया और झूमपुर चौराहे से गंगापुर अस्पताल ले आई।

एएसपी ने बताया कि गंगापुर हॉस्पिटल में महिला का मेडिकल कराया गया और पर्चा बयान लिए गए। पहले सूचना थी कि वारदात में 3 लोग शामिल थे। जब पुलिस ने पीड़िता से बात की और डिटेल खंगाली, सीडीआर भी सामने आई, अन्य सबूत और जांच के आधार पर पता चला कि वारदात में 2 लोग ही शामिल थे।

एएसपी के मुताबिक पर्चा बयान में महिला बताया कि शनिवार शाम 7.30 बजे छोटू नाम के व्यक्ति का उसके मोबाइल पर फोन आया।

छोटू ने महिला को मिलने बुलाया। पीड़िता ने छोटू को नहीं जानने की बात कहीं तो उसने महिला के परिचित गिरधारी का नाम बताया। गिरधारी से महिला परिचित थी।

महिला का कहना है कि वह शाम को टहलने निकली तो बाइक पर सवार छोटू व गिरधारी ने जबरन उसे बाइक पर बैठा लिया और 8 किलोमीटर दूर आमली रोड पर झूमपुरा के खंडहर में ले गए। वहां दोनों आरोपियों ने उसके साथ खंडहर में गैंगरेप किया। इसके बाद उसे बुरी तरह पीटा और उसके शरीर पर दांतों से काटा। पीड़िता इससे घबरा गई और पानी का बहाना कर निर्वस्त्र ही वहां से भाग गई।

बदहवास महिला वहां से सड़क पर आई और करीब आधे घंटे तक लोगों से मदद मांगती रही। इस दौरान जुटे राहगीरों ने उसे पहनने के लिए कपड़े दिए और एक बाइक सवार राहगीर ने पुलिस को सूचित किया। महिला के पर्चा बयान पर एफआईआर दर्ज की गई।

एएसपी ने बताया- घटना के बाद मैं, एसएचओ गंगापुर, सीओ व अन्य पुलिस टीमों ने दोनों आरोपियों की तलाश में सर्च अभियान चलाया।

सीडीआर का अवलोकन किया गया। इसके बाद पुलिस ने सर्च अभियान चलाकर दोनों आरोपियों को हिरासत में ले लिया।

रविवार सुबह गंगापुर आमली निवासी छोटू (42) पुत्र गणेश सरगरा व चीडखेड़ा निवासी गिरधारी (30) पुत्र नगजीराम गाडरी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस को मौके से एक मोबाइल फोन बरामद हुआ है। पुलिस ने वारदात में इस्तेमाल की गई बाइक भी बरामद कर ली है। मामले की जांच जारी है।

जानकारी के अनुसार महिला अपने पति के साथ गंगापुर थाना इलाके में रहती है। डेली खाना खाने के बाद शाम को टहलने निकलती थी और करीब एक डेढ़ घंटे बाद वापस लौटती थी। इसलिए देर होने पर भी उसके पति को शक नहीं हुआ।

Based on the interrogation of the woman, two accused have been arrested. One of the young men is already known to the woman. The incident took place at around 8 pm on Saturday night in Gangapur, Bhilwara.

ASP Vimal Singh Nehra said that at 8.40 pm on Saturday night, a villager informed that a woman was found naked near Jhumpur intersection on Amli Road, 6-7 kilometers from Gangapur. With whom gang rape took place.

On this information, Gangapur SHO along with Japte immediately reached the spot. Some people were present there who gave some clothes to the woman. The police also provided a plastic banner to the woman and brought her to Gangapur Hospital from Jhumpur intersection.

ASP said that the woman’s medical examination was done at Gangapur Hospital and written statements were taken. Earlier there was information that 3 people were involved in the incident. When the police spoke to the victim and scrutinized the details, the CDR also came to light, based on other evidence and investigation, it was found that only two people were involved in the crime.

According to the ASP, in her statement, the woman said that on Saturday evening at 7.30 pm, she received a call on her mobile from a person named Chhotu.

Chhotu called the woman to meet him. When the victim said that she did not know Chhotu, she told the name of Girdhari, an acquaintance of the woman. The woman was familiar with Girdhari.

The woman says that when she went out for a walk in the evening, Chhotu and Girdhari, who were riding a bike, forcibly made her sit on the bike and took her to the ruins of Jhumpura on Amli Road, 8 kilometers away. There both the accused gang-raped her in the ruins. After this, he was beaten badly and his teeth were bitten on his body. The victim got frightened by this and ran away naked using the excuse of water.

The upset woman came to the road from there and kept asking people for help for about half an hour. During this time, the gathered passers-by gave him clothes to wear and a passerby riding a bike informed the police. FIR was registered on the written statement of the woman.

ASP said- After the incident, I, SHO Gangapur, CO and other police teams conducted a search operation in search of both the accused.

On Sunday morning, Chhotu (42), son of Ganesh Sargara, resident of Gangapur Amli and Girdhari (30), son of Nagjiram Gadri, resident of Chidkheda, were arrested. Police have recovered a mobile phone from the spot. Police have also recovered the bike used in the crime. The inspection of the matter is going on.

According to the information, the woman lives with her husband in Gangapur police station area. After having her daily meal, she would go out for a walk in the evening and return after about one and a half hour. Therefore, even after it was late, her husband did not become suspicious.
