बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। इंदिरा गांधी स्मार्ट फोन योजना के प्रथम चरण के पात्र लाभार्थियों को पर्ची एवं एसएमएस के माध्यम से शिविर के स्थान और समय की सूचना दी जा रही है। इसके आधार पर ही संबंधित लाभार्थी को शिविर में प्रवेश दिया जाएगा।

जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने बताया कि इंदिरा गांधी स्मार्ट फोन योजना की शुरूआत 10 अगस्त से होगी। जिले के 13 शिविर स्थलों पर लाभार्थी महिलाओं को यह स्मार्ट फोन वितरित किए जाएंगे।
उन्होंने बताया कि इसके लिए पात्र लाभार्थियों को घर-घर संपर्क करते हुए पर्ची दी जा रही है। वहीं लाभार्थी के पंजीकृत मोबाइल पर एसएमएस के माध्यम से भी यह सूचना दी जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि लाभार्थियों को इसके अनुसार ही पर्ची और आवश्यक दस्तावेज लेकर शिविर स्थल पर आना होगा।
जिला कलक्टर ने बताया कि लाभार्थी को शिविर में जन आधार कार्ड, आधार कार्ड, नवीनतम फोटो और पैन कार्ड(उपलब्ध होने पर) मूल तथा एक-एक फोटो प्रति भी लानी होगी।

लाभार्थी की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम होने पर उस पविार की महिला मुखिया को भी अपने ऐसे सभी दस्तावेज लाने होंगे। योजना के तहत बीकानेर नगरीय क्षेत्र में 4 तथा पंचायत मुख्यालयों पर 9 शिविर होंगे।
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सचार विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक सत्येन्द्र सिंह राठौड़ ने बताया कि जनसुविधा के मद्देनजर प्रत्येक शिविर को छह जोन में विभाजित किया गया है।
पात्र लाभार्थी जोन एक की हेल्पडेस्क से पात्रता जांच तथा जोन से में पंजीकरण करवा सकेगा। जोन तीन में ई-केवाईसी के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज अपलोड होंगे। जोन चार में राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधीकृत टेलिकाॅम सर्विस प्रोवाईडर उपस्थित रहेंगे।
लाभार्थी यहां अपनी पंसद से सिम एवं मोबाइल का चयन कर सकेगा। जोन पांच में डीबीटी के माध्यम से राशि लाभार्थी के जनआधार ई-वालेट में हस्तांतरित की जाएगी।
लाभार्थी इस राशि का उपयोग सिम एवं मोबाईल की राशि भुगतान के लिए कर सकेगा। जोन छह में राजकीय मोबाइल ऐप की जानकारी दी जाएगी तथा यह डाउनलोड करवाए जाएंगे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The eligible beneficiaries of the first phase of Indira Gandhi Smart Phone Scheme are being informed about the place and time of the camp through slips and SMS. Only on the basis of this, the concerned beneficiary will be given admission in the camp.
District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal informed that the Indira Gandhi Smart Phone Scheme will be launched from August 10. These smart phones will be distributed to the beneficiary women at 13 camp sites in the district.
He told that for this, slips are being given to the eligible beneficiaries while making door-to-door contact. At the same time, this information is also being given through SMS on the registered mobile of the beneficiary. He told that the beneficiaries will have to come to the camp site with the slip and necessary documents accordingly.
The District Collector told that the beneficiary will have to bring Jan Aadhaar Card, Aadhaar Card, latest photo and PAN Card (if available) in the camp in original and one photocopy each.
If the age of the beneficiary is less than 18 years, then the female head of that family will also have to bring all such documents. Under the scheme, there will be 4 camps in Bikaner urban area and 9 at panchayat headquarters.
Joint Director of Information Technology and Communication Department Satyendra Singh Rathore said that in view of public convenience, each camp has been divided into six zones.
The eligible beneficiary will be able to check eligibility from the helpdesk of Zone 1 and register in Zone 1. Documents required for e-KYC will be uploaded in Zone 3. Telecom service providers authorized by the state government will be present in zone four.
Beneficiary will be able to select SIM and mobile of his choice here. In Zone V, the amount will be transferred to Jan Aadhaar e-wallet of the beneficiary through DBT.
Beneficiary will be able to use this amount for payment of SIM and mobile amount. Information about the state mobile app will be given in zone six and it will be downloaded.
