बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। चुनावी वर्ष में राहतें-सौगातें देने की श्रृंखला में अब गहलोत सरकार अब 10 अगस्त को “इंदिरा गांधी स्मार्ट फोन योजना” लॉन्च करने जा रही है।

सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजना को लेकर प्रशासनिक स्तर पर भी पूरी तैयारी कर ली गई है। सरकार की पूर्व घोषणा के तहत इस योजना में महिलाओं को इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी के साथ स्मार्ट मोबाइल फोन उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा।

-प्रथम चरण में चयनित चिरंजीवी परिवारों की एकल नारी/विधवा महिलाओं,
-सरकारी विद्यालयों की कक्षा 9-12 में अध्ययनरत छात्राओं,
-सरकारी आईटीआई एवं पॉलिटेक्निक तथा संस्कृत महाविद्यालयों में पढ़ रही छात्राओं
-नरेगा में 100 कार्य दिवस पूर्ण करने वाले परिवारों की महिला मुखियाओं
-इंदिरा गांधी शहरी रोजगार योजना में 50 कार्य दिवस पूर्ण करने वाले परिवारों की महिला मुखियाओं को लाभांवित किया जाएगा।

लाभान्वित होने वाली इन महिलाओं का चयन कर सूची फाइनल कर ली गई है।

चयनित लाभार्थियों को शिविर में बताई गई एक निर्धारित तिथि में पहुंचना होगा। इसके लिए प्रशासन की ओर से लाभार्थियों के पास एसएमएस के माध्यम से सूचित किया जा रहा है। साथ ही एक पर्ची भी भेजी जा रही है, जिसमें शिविर की तिथि, स्थान और शिविर में आते समय लाने वाले दस्तावेजों की सूची बताई गई है।

ये दस्तावेज़ लाने होंगे ज़रूरी:
-लाभार्थी को शिविर में लाभार्थी को -जनाधार कार्ड,
-आधार कार्ड,
-पैन कार्ड
-जनाधार कार्ड में दर्ज मोबाइल फोन लाना ज़रूरी होगा।
-अध्ययनरत छात्राओं को अपने साथ आईडी कार्ड/एनरोलमेंट कार्ड
-विधवा नारी को पीपीओ साथ लाने जरूरी होंगे।

ऐसी रहेगी स्मार्ट फोन देने की प्रक्रिया:
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं संचार विभाग के उपनिदेशक ऋतेश कुमार शर्मा के अनुसार शिविर में आईजीएसवाई पोर्टल पर लाभार्थी का ई-केवाईसी किया जाएगा। पोर्टल पर लाभार्थी का जनाधार नंबर डालकर उसके विवरणों को सत्यापित किया जाएगा। सत्यापित होने की दशा में लाभार्थी द्वारा अपने साथ लाए गए मोबाइल फोन पर जनाधार ई-वॉलेट इंस्टॉल किया जाएगा।

इसके बाद लाभार्थी के पैन कार्ड का विवरण आईजीएसवाई पोर्टल पर दर्ज करने के बाद तीन प्रकार के फॉर्म प्रिंट करके उसे दिए जाएंगे। इसके बाद लाभार्थी इन फॉर्म को लेकर मोबाइल सेवा प्रदाता कंपनी के काउंटर पर जाकर सिम का एवं डाटा प्लान का चयन करेगा, इसके बाद मोबाइल कंपनी के काउंटर पर जाकर अपनी इच्छा अनुसार मोबाइल फोन का चयन करेगा।

इसके बाद भरे हुए फॉर्म को लेकर अंतिम काउंटर पर जाएगा, जहां उपस्थित कार्मिक उसके फॉर्म में अंकित सूचनायें एवं लाभार्थी द्वारा प्रस्तुत समस्त दस्तावेजों को स्कैन कर आईजीएसवाई पोर्टल पर दर्ज एवं अपलोड करेगा ।

सरकार करेगी 6800 रुपये हस्तांतरित:
लाभार्थी द्वारा लाए गए फोन में पूर्व में इंस्टॉल ई-वॉलेट में राज्य सरकार की ओर से कुल 6800 रुपये हस्तांतरित किए जाएंगे। इसमें 6125 रुपये मोबाइल फोन के किए जबकि 675 रुपये सिम कार्ड मय इंटरनेट डाटा प्लान के लिए होंगे। राज्य सरकार द्वारा अप्रैल 2024 और अप्रैल 2025 में भी इंटरनेट के लिए हर वर्ष 900 रूपए हस्तांतरित किए जायेंगे। इस राशि का उपयोग कर लाभार्थी पूर्व में चयन किए गए मोबाइल फोन तथा सिम प्राप्त कर सकेगा।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The Gehlot government is now going to launch “Indira Gandhi Smart Phone Yojana” on August 10 in the series of giving reliefs and gifts in the election year.

Complete preparations have also been made at the administrative level regarding the ambitious plan of the government. Under the earlier announcement of the government, smart mobile phones with internet connectivity will be provided to women in this scheme.

Single women/widow women of Chiranjeevi families selected in the first phase,
Girl students studying in class 9-12 of government schools,
-Girls studying in government ITI and polytechnic and Sanskrit colleges
Women heads of families who have completed 100 working days in NREGA
Women heads of households who complete 50 working days under the Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Scheme will be benefited.

The list has been finalized by selecting these women to be benefitted.

Selected beneficiaries will have to reach the camp on a specified date. For this, the beneficiaries are being informed by the administration through SMS. Along with this, a slip is also being sent, in which the date, place of the camp and the list of documents to be brought at the time of coming to the camp have been mentioned.

The following documents are required to be brought:

• To the beneficiary in the camp – Janadhar card to the beneficiary,
  -Aadhar card,
  -PAN card
  It will be necessary to bring the mobile phone registered in the Janadhar card.
• ID card / enrollment card to the studying girl students with them
  It will be necessary to bring PPO with the widow woman. The process of giving smart phone will be like this:
  According to Ritesh Kumar Sharma, Deputy Director of Information Technology and Communication Department, e-KYC of the beneficiary will be done on the IGSY portal in the camp. The details of the beneficiary will be verified by entering the Janadhaar number of the beneficiary on the portal. In case of verification, the Janadhaar e-wallet will be installed on the mobile phone brought by the beneficiary.

After this, after entering the PAN card details of the beneficiary on the IGSY portal, three types of forms will be printed and given to him. After this, the beneficiary will take these forms and go to the counter of the mobile service provider company and select the SIM and data plan, then go to the counter of the mobile company and select the mobile phone as per his wish.

After this, he will go to the last counter with the filled form, where the present personnel will scan the information mentioned in his form and all the documents submitted by the beneficiary and enter and upload it on the IGSY portal.

Government will transfer Rs 6800:
A total of Rs 6800 will be transferred from the state government to the pre-installed e-wallet in the phone brought by the beneficiary. In this Rs 6125 will be for mobile phone while Rs 675 will be for internet data plan with SIM card. In April 2024 and April 2025 also, 900 rupees will be transferred every year for internet by the state government. Using this amount, the beneficiary will be able to get the mobile phone and sim selected earlier.
