बीकानेर: नाबालिग लड़की ने अपने पिता पर लगाया दुष्कर्म का आरोप, मां की हुई मौत…..

नोखा/बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान के बीकानेर के नोखा क्षेत्र के जसरासर थाना में एक महिला की फांसी लगाने से मौत हो गई।

मृतक की नाबालिग लड़की ने अपने ही पिता के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म किए जाने का जसरासर थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। इस मामले को लेकर जसरासर थाने में दो अलग-अलग मामले दर्ज हुए हैं।

जसरासर थाने में नाबालिग लड़की ने अपने ही पिता के खिलाफ पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज करवाया। मुकदमे में नाबालिग लड़की ने अलग-अलग स्थान पर अपने ही पिता द्वारा दुष्कर्म किए जाने का उल्लेख किया है

नाबालिग ने बताया कि लोक लाज के डर से इतने दिन मुकदमा दर्ज नहीं करवाया। वहीं, पिता ने कहा कि अगर किसी को बताया तो जान से मार दूंगा। नाबालिग की उम्र 15 साल बताई जा रही है।

जांच में जुटी बीकानेर पुलिस:
नाबालिग द्वारा अपने पिता के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दिए जाने के बाद लड़की की मां फांसी पर लटकी हुई घर पर मिली, मृतका का पोस्टमार्टम करवाकर शव परिजनों के सुपुर्द कर दिया। पुलिस मौत के कारणों का पता लगाने में जुटी हुई है।

वहीं, नाबालिग के पिता ने एक नाबालिग लड़के व अन्य के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया. एफआईआर के अनुसार, लड़के का उसके घर आना जाना था।

पिता ने आरोप लगाया कि 6 जून की रात लड़के ने ढाणी में उसकी बेटी के साथ दुष्कर्म किया था। साथ हीं, लड़की को उठा ले जाने व झूठे मुकदमे में फंसाने की धमकी दी।

पिता का आरोप है कि उस लड़के ने की उसकी पत्नी को फांसी पर लटका कर मार डाला। नाबालिग को पुलिस ने बालिका गृह भेज दिया है।

The minor told that for fear of public shame, the case was not registered for so many days. At the same time, the father said that if he told anyone, he would kill him. The age of the minor is said to be 15 years.

Bikaner police engaged in investigation:
After the minor gave a report against her father, the girl’s mother was found hanging at home, post-mortem of the deceased was done and the body was handed over to the relatives. The police is engaged in ascertaining the cause of death.

At the same time, the father of the minor filed a case against a minor boy and others. According to the FIR, the boy had to come and go to her house.

The father alleged that the boy had raped his daughter in Dhani on the night of June 6. Also, threatened to take the girl away and implicate her in a false case.

The father alleges that the boy killed his wife by hanging her. The police have sent the minor to a shelter home.
