जोधपुर, @MaruSangram। जेएनवीयू गैंगरेप मामले में पुलिस द्वारा आरोपियों को एबीवीपी का कार्यकर्ता बताए जाने पर बवाल मचा हुआ है। इस बीच जोधपुर जिले के आसोप थाने में 29 जून को दर्ज बलात्कार का मामला चर्चा में आ गया है। जिसमें आरोपी एबीवीपी का पूर्व जिला संयोजक रह चुका है। जिसे 23 जून को ही संगठन ने जिम्मेदारी से मुक्त किया है। जबकि बलात्कार की घटना 21 मई की है, जब वह पद पर था। पीड़िता भी संगठन में पद पर थी, जो आरोपी ने ही दिलवाया था।
गैंगरेप सामने आने के बाद आसोप पुलिस ने सोमवार को आनन-फानन में रामलाल परिहार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। जांच सब इंस्पेक्टर देवाराम गोदारा कर रहे हैं।
पुलिस के अनुसार युवती ने आरोप लगाया कि 2021 में कोरोना काल के दौरान उसका एबीवीपी के तत्कालीन जिला संयोजक रामलाल परिहार से संपर्क हुआ था। उसके बाद लगातार बातचीत होती रही, तो परिहार ने युवती से कहा कि वह संगठन से जुड़ेगी, तो उसे बड़ी नेता बना दिया जाएगा। जिसके बाद युवती को संगठन की सदस्यता दी गई और पद भी दिया गया। जिसके चलते वह उसके साथ बैठकों में आती-जाती रही।
युवती का आरोप है कि गत वर्ष रामलाल ने उसे कहा था कि बड़ा पद दिलाऊंगा। इसके लिए एक मोबाइल फोन दिला दो, जिस पर उसने 80 हजार का मोबाइल उसे दिलाया। इसके अलावा कई मौकों पर युवती से वह नगद राशि भी ले चुका था। उसने युवती से कुल 6 से 7 लाख रुपए ले लिए. जब युवती रुपए मांगने लगी, तो वह टालने लगा।
युवती की ओर से दी गई रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि इस वर्ष 21 मई को रामलाल ने उसे फोन किया कि वह आकर उसके रुपए ले जाए। जिस पर युवती ने कहा कि उसके घर पर कोई नहीं है।
इसलिए वह आ नहीं सकती। इस पर परिहार ने कहा कि मैं खुद घर आकर रुपए देता हूं। कुछ देर में परिहार युवती के घर पहुंचा। घर में घुस कर उसने कमरे का दरवाजा बंद किया और उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया।
आरोप है उसने कहा कि किसी को बताया तो उसे और उसके पिता को जान से मार देगा। जिसके बाद वह परेशान रहने लगी।
परिवार जनों की ओर से बार-बार पूछने पर उनको पूरी घटना बताई। इसके बाद 29 जून को मामला दर्ज हुआ।

Asop police hastily arrested Ramlal Parihar on Monday after the gangrape came to the fore. Sub-Inspector Devaram Godara is conducting the investigation.
According to the police, the girl alleged that during the Corona period in 2021, she had contact with the then district convenor of ABVP, Ramlal Parihar. After that there were continuous talks, then Parihar told the girl that if she joins the organization, she will be made a big leader. After which the girl was given the membership of the organization and also given the post. Due to which she kept coming to the meetings with him.
The girl alleges that last year Ramlal had told her that he would get her a big position. Give him a mobile phone for this, on which he got him a mobile worth 80 thousand. Apart from this, he had also taken cash from the girl on several occasions. He took a total of 6 to 7 lakh rupees from the girl. When the girl started asking for money, he started avoiding.
In the report given by the girl, it has been told that on May 21 this year, Ramlal called her to come and take her money. On which the girl said that there is no one at her house.
That’s why she can’t come. On this Parihar said that I myself come home and give the money. In some time, Parihar reached the girl’s house. Entering the house, he closed the door of the room and raped her.
It is alleged that he said that if he told anyone, he would kill him and his father. After which she started getting worried.
On repeated questioning from the family members, they were told the whole incident. After this, the case was registered on 29 June.
