नर्सेज 10 जुलाई को जयपुर में जुटेंगे बनेगी आंदोलन की रणनीति….
राज्य स्तर पर राजस्थान सयुक्त नर्सेज संघर्ष समिति का हुआ गठन
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राज्य में नर्सेज संगठन अपनी मांगों को लेकर काफी लंबे समय से संघर्ष कर रहे हैं लेकिन अब सरकार से मांगे मनवाने के लिए विभिन्न नर्सेज सगठनों ने मिलकर राजस्थान सयुक्त नर्सेज संगर्ष समिति का गठन किया हैं तथा सामूहिक संघर्ष का फैसला लिया है जिसको समर्थन देने के लिए आज राजस्थान राज्य नर्सेज एसोसिएशन (एकीकृत) जिला शाखा बीकानेर के मुख्य पदाधिकारियों की बैठक संगठन के सम्भाग प्रभारी आदराम चौधरी के नेतृत्व में स्वास्थ्य भवन में हुई जिसमे सभी ने उक्त संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति के आन्दोलन में शमिल होने एवम अन्य नर्सेज संगठनों से बात करके राज्य स्तर की तर्ज पर बीकानेर में भी नर्सेज संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति बनाकर राज्यव्यापी आन्दोलन को सफल बनाने का निर्णय लिया ।
जिलाध्यक्ष अध्यक्ष श्रवण कुमार वर्मा ने बताया कि आंदोलन की रणनीति को लेकर संघर्ष समिति के द्वारा 10 जुलाई को जयपुर एसएमएस हॉस्पिटल में स्थित सभागार में प्रदेश व्यापी मीटिंग आहूत की गई है इसमें प्रदेश भर से नर्सेज प्रतिनिधि भाग लेंगे।
उन्होंने बताया कि नर्सेज 11 सूत्री मांगों को लेकर संघर्षरत है जैसे संविदा नर्सेज का नियमितीकरण, नर्सिंग निदेशालय की स्थापना, प्राथमिक उपचार का अधिकार, कैडररिव्यू, समयबद पदोन्नति, नर्सिंग ट्यूटर ए एन एम, एल एच वी का नाम परिवर्तन सहित अन्य मांगों को लेकर संघर्षरत हैं।
इस बैठक में सम्भाग प्रभारी आदराम चौधरी, जिलाध्यक्ष श्रवण कुमार वर्मा, नर्सेज नेता छोटूराम चौधरी, महीपाल चौधरी, राजेंद्र बिजारनिया, अमित वशिष्ठ, नरेन्द्र यादव, सुनिल सेन, नवीन महला सहित अनेक पदाधिकारी शामिल हुए।

Rajasthan Joint Nurses Struggle Committee formed at the state level

Nurses organizations in the state have been fighting for their demands for a long time, but now to get their demands met from the government, various nurses organizations together have formed the Rajasthan United Nurses Sangarsh Samiti and have decided to organize a collective struggle, to support which Today Rajasthan State Nurses Association (Integrated) district branch Bikaner’s chief office bearers meeting was held at Swasthya Bhawan under the leadership of divisional in-charge of the organization, Adram Chaudhary, in which all agreed to participate in the movement of the United Sangharsh Samiti and talk to other nurses organizations at the state level. On the lines of Nurses Joint Struggle Committee in Bikaner also decided to make the statewide movement successful.
District President President Shravan Kumar Verma said that a state-wide meeting has been called by the Sangharsh Samiti regarding the strategy of the movement on July 10 in the Jaipur SMS Hospital auditorium, in which representatives of nurses from all over the state will participate.
He told that the nurses are struggling for 11 point demands such as regularization of contract nurses, establishment of Nursing Directorate, right to first aid, cadre review, time-bound promotion, nursing tutor ANM, name change of LHV and other demands. Are.
