हेड कांस्टेबल ने युवती को दुकान में किया बंद, शराब पिलाकर किया रेप….
बाड़मेर, @MaruSangram। सरहदी बाड़मेर जिले में खाकी को शर्मसार करने का एक सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है, जहां एक हेड कांस्टेबल पर एक युवती ने दुकान में बंद कर दुष्कर्म करने का आरोप लगाते हुए सिवाना ने थाने में मामला दर्ज करवाया है।
सिवाना थानाधिकारी नाथू सिंह ने बताया कि पीड़िता ने बाड़मेर पुलिस अधीक्षक को परिवाद सौंपकर बताया कि सिवाना में चालानी गार्ड में पदस्थापित हेड कांस्टेबल जीवाराम ने एक दुकान में उनके साथ दुष्कर्म किया।
जबरदस्ती शराब पिलाकर किया रेप….
पुलिस अधीक्षक को सौंपे परिवाद में पीड़िता ने बताया कि 20 जून को रात 10 बजे सिवाना में दुकान पर दही लेने गई थी।
इस दौरान हेड कांस्टेबल जीवाराम ने दुकान के अंदर बुलाया और दुकान का शटर नीचे कर दिया और उसके बाद डरा धमकाकर जबरदस्ती शराब पिलाई और रेप किया।
जांच में जुटी पुलिस….
इसके बाद चार-पांच घंटे बाद दुकान से रात को बाहर निकाला और साथ ही किसी को बताने पर पीड़िता के परिवार को झूठे मामले में फंसाने की धमकी दी।
पीड़िता द्वारा पुलिस अधीक्षक के सामने पेश होने के बाद पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश पर थाना पुलिस ने आरोपी हेड कांस्टेबल के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज कर पूरे मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है।
मेडिकल करवाकर आगे की होगी जांच..
सिवाना थानाधिकारी नाथू सिंह ने बताया कि इस पूरे मामले की जांच बालोतरा सीओ नीरज शर्मा द्वारा की जा रही है।
फिलहाल पुलिस अधीक्षक ने हेड कांस्टेबल को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया है और पीड़िता का मेडिकल करवाकर आगे की जांच करेगी।

After this, after four-five hours, he was taken out of the shop at night and at the same time threatened to implicate the victim’s family in a false case on telling anyone.
After the victim appeared before the Superintendent of Police, on the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, the police station registered a case of rape against the accused head constable and started investigating the entire matter.
Further investigation will be done after getting medical done.
