बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। स्वीप से संबंधित 21 विभागों, समर्पित एईआरओ तथा स्वीप प्रकोष्ठ की एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला जिला परिषद सभागार में आयोजित हुई।
इस अवसर पर जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने कहा कि प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति का नाम मतदाता सूची में जोड़ने तथा शत-प्रतिशत मतदाताओं को मतदान के लिए प्रेरित करने में स्वीप गतिविधियों की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार 21 विभागों को भी स्वीप कॉर्डिनेटर के रूप से जोड़ा गया है। प्रत्येक विभाग स्वीप नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त करते हुए समस्त करवाएंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी समय में मतदाता जागरूकता की सघन गतिविधियां आयोजित की जाएगी।
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने कहा कि मतदाता पंजीकरण के हिसाब से सबसे कम लिंगानुपात वाले मतदान केंद्रों पर विशेष कैंपेन चलाया जाए।
ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर चुनावी पाठशालाओं का आयोजन लोक कलाकारों, कार्टून, वोटर मित्र तथा सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से प्रत्येक मतदाता तक मतदान का संदेश पहुंचाएं।
जिला परिषद की मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी तथा शस्वीप प्रभारी नित्या के. ने कहा कि स्वीप कैलेंडर के अनुसार आयोजित कार्यक्रमों का डाक्यूमेंट्स किया जाए। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों से स्वीप के संबंध में निर्धारित प्राथमिकताओं की जानकारी दी।
नगर निगम आयुक्त केशर लाल मीणा ने मतदाता जागरूकता गतिविधियों के परिणाम की जानकारी दी।
सहायक निदेशक (जनसंपर्क) हरिशंकर आचार्य ने प्रारंभिक स्वीप की परिकल्पना तथा उद्देश्यों के बारे में बताया। अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (नगर) हरि सिंह मीणा भी बतौर अतिथि मौजूद रहे।
इस दौरान स्टेट लेवल मास्टर ट्रेनर वाई. बी. माथुर, राधाकिशन सोनी, शमिंदर सक्सेना ने विभिन्न विषयों पर आधारित प्रशिक्षण दिया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन गोपाल जोशी ने किया।
इस दौरान नगर विकास न्यास सचिव यशपाल आहूजा, एसकेआरयू कुलसचिव सुनीता चौधरी, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के संयुक्त निदेशक सत्येंद्र सिंह राठौड़, सामाजिक न्याय अधिकारिता विभाग के संयुक्त निदेशक एलडी पंवार, कॉलेज ईएलसी प्रभारी डॉ. मैना निर्वाण तथा स्वीप सदस्य पवन खत्री सुधीर मिश्रा आदि मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. One day workshop of 21 departments related to SVEEP, dedicated AERO and SVEEP cell was organized in Zilla Parishad Auditorium.
On this occasion, District Election Officer Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that the role of sweep activities is very important in adding the name of each eligible person to the voter list and motivating 100 percent voters to vote.
As per the instructions of the Election Commission, 21 departments have also been linked as SVEEP coordinators. Each department will get everything done by appointing SVEEP nodal officers.
He said that intensive activities of voter awareness will be organized in the coming times.
The District Election Officer said that according to the voter registration, a special campaign should be run at the polling stations with the lowest sex ratio.
Organization of election schools at Gram Panchayat level, convey the message of voting to every voter through folk artists, cartoons, voter friends and social media.
Zila Parishad’s Chief Executive Officer and Shaswip in-charge Nitya K. Said that the programs organized according to the SVEEP calendar should be documented. He informed the departmental officers about the priorities set in relation to SVEEP.
Municipal Commissioner Keshar Lal Meena informed about the results of voter awareness activities.
Assistant Director (Public Relations) Harishankar Acharya explained the concept and objectives of the preliminary sweep. Additional District Collector (City) Hari Singh Meena was also present as a guest.
During this state level master trainer Y. B. Mathur, Radhakishan Soni, Shaminder Saxena gave training based on various subjects. The program was coordinated by Gopal Joshi.
During this, Urban Development Trust Secretary Yashpal Ahuja, SKRU Registrar Sunita Chaudhary, Joint Director of Information Technology Satyendra Singh Rathore, Joint Director of Social Justice Empowerment Department LD Panwar, College ELC in-charge Dr. Maina Nirwan and SVEEP member Pawan Khatri Sudhir Mishra etc. were present. .
