बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। युवा पीढ़ी को नशे से बचाने व कोटपा एक्ट के प्रावधानों की पालना सुनिश्चित करवाने के लिए संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के पवन ने गुरुवार को 20 अन्य अधिकारियों के साथ पीबीएम अस्पताल, गंगाशहर सहित शहर के अन्य भीड़भाड़ वाले स्थानों पर पान की दुकानों, डेयरी बूथों और अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों का औचक निरीक्षण किया और चालान काटे।
संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के पवन ने पीबीएम अस्पताल के सामने स्थित एक पान भंडार पर निरीक्षण करते हुए खुली सिगरेट की बिक्री करते पाया, साथ ही सार्वजनिक स्थान पर धूम्रपान करते पाए जाने पर चालान बनाए।
डॉ. पवन ने पान विक्रेता से भविष्य में खुली सिगरेट ना बेचने तथा 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों को तंबाकू उत्पाद ना देने के लिए भी समझाइश की।
उन्होंने कहा कि सभी पान विक्रेता अपने यहां धूम्रपान के संबंध में वैधानिक चेतावनी का बोर्ड चस्पा करें। अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (शहर )पंकज शर्मा ने भी औचक निरीक्षण किये और 7 चालान बनाए।
कोटपा के जिला समन्वयक रविंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि संभागीय आयुक्त के निर्देश पर विभिन्न विभागों के राजपत्रित अधिकारियों द्वारा औचक निरीक्षण किए गए और लोगों को समझाइश करने के साथ गुरुवार को 19 चालान काटे गए।
उन्होंने बताया कि कोई भी आम व्यक्ति 94603-37566 पर कोटपा एक्ट के उल्लंघन के संबंध में शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकता है। मुखबिर का नाम गुप्त रखते हुए सूचना पर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Neeraj K. Pawan, along with 20 other officers, on Thursday, along with 20 other officers, organized betel shops, dairy booths at PBM Hospital, Gangashahar and other crowded places of the city to save the young generation from drugs and to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Kotpa Act. And conducted surprise inspections of other establishments and issued challans.
Divisional Commissioner Dr. Neeraj K Pawan, while inspecting a paan store located in front of PBM Hospital, found open cigarettes being sold, as well as made challans for smoking in public places.
Dr. Pawan also advised the paan seller not to sell loose cigarettes in future and not to give tobacco products to children below 18 years of age.
He said that all paan vendors should paste statutory warning boards regarding smoking at their place. Additional District Collector (City) Pankaj Sharma also conducted surprise inspections and made 7 challans.
District Coordinator of Kotpa Ravindra Pratap Singh said that on the instructions of the Divisional Commissioner, gazetted officers of various departments conducted surprise inspections and 19 challans were issued on Thursday along with explaining to the people.
He said that any common person can register a complaint regarding the violation of the Kotpa Act on 94603-37566. Action will be taken on the information keeping the name of the informer secret.
