संपर्क समीक्षा बैठक में बिना पूर्व सूचना अनुपस्थित विभागों को नोटिस….

संपर्क पोर्टल समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने संपर्क पोर्टल समीक्षा बैठक में बिना पूर्व सूचना के अनुपस्थित रहने वाले विभागों को नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

सोमवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित बैठक में जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि संपर्क पोर्टल पर दर्ज प्रकरणों के निस्तारण में पेंडेंसी बढ़ी है, कई विभागों के अधिकारियों द्वारा लंबे समय से आईडी लॉग इन नहीं किया गया है। यह स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। इस तरह की लापरवाही गंभीरता से लेते हुए सख्त अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

देवस्थान, बीकानेर टेक्निकल यूनिवर्सिटी, रोडवेज, सीएडी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों की बैठक में अनुपस्थिति को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिला कलेक्टर ने उनके विरुद्ध नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिए।

नगरपालिका श्रीडूंगरगढ़ इओ को आईडी मैप करवाते हुए लम्बित प्रकरणों का शीघ्र निस्तारण करने के निर्देश दिए गए। जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि उपखंड अधिकारी और तहसीलदार स्तर पर भी बड़ी संख्या में प्रकरण लंबित हैं।

प्रशासन गांवों के संग अभियान शिविरों के दौरान संपर्क पोर्टल की भी समीक्षा की जाए और संबंधित विभागों के साथ समन्वय करते हुए प्रकरणों का प्राथमिकता से निस्तारण करवाना सुनिश्चित करें।

जिला कलेक्टर ने कहा कि स्टेट लेवल पर लंबित प्रकरणों का फोलोअप करते हुए प्रकरण निस्तारण करवाने का प्रयास करें। सीएमओ तथा गवर्नर हाउस से जो भी प्रकरण बकाया है उनके संबंध में स्पष्टीकरण प्रस्तुत किया जाए।

बैठक में जिला परिषद की मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नित्या के, अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर (प्रशासन) ओम प्रकाश, नगर विकास न्यास सचिव यशपाल आहूजा, सीएमएचओ डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार सहित संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Sampark Portal review meeting held

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal has instructed to issue notices to the departments which remain absent without prior notice in the Sampark Portal review meeting.

In the meeting held at the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday, the District Collector said that pendency has increased in disposal of cases registered on Sampark Portal, IDs have not been logged for a long time by officials of many departments. This will not be accepted. Such negligence will be taken seriously and strict disciplinary action will be taken.

Taking seriously the absence of officials of various departments including Devasthan, Bikaner Technical University, Roadways, CAD in the meeting, the District Collector directed to issue notices against them.

Instructions were given to the municipal Sridungargarh EO to dispose of the pending cases soon by getting the ID mapped. The District Collector said that a large number of cases are pending at the Sub-Divisional Officer and Tehsildar level as well.

The contact portal should also be reviewed during the campaign camps with the administration villages and ensure that the cases are resolved on priority by coordinating with the concerned departments.

The District Collector said that while following up the pending cases at the state level, try to get the cases resolved. Clarification should be submitted in respect of whatever cases are outstanding from the CMO and the Governor’s House.

Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Nitya K, Additional District Collector (Administration) Om Prakash, Urban Development Trust Secretary Yashpal Ahuja, CMHO Dr. Mohd. Abrar Panwar and officers of related departments were present in the meeting.
