शिक्षा मंत्री ने गोवंश के लिए पकाई लापसी: कहा, गाय में है 33 करोड़ देवी देवताओं का वास….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. बी. डी. कल्ला ने कहा कि गाय में 33 करोड़ देवी देवताओं का वास माना जाता है। यह जन-जन की आस्था का प्रतीक है।
शिक्षा मंत्री रविवार को डूडी पेट्रोल पंप के पास स्थित गंगा जुबली पिंजरा पोल गौशाला में गिरिराज भक्त मंडल द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम को संबोधित कर रहे थे।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे देश में गोपालन और गाय की सेवा सुश्रुषा की परंपरा पुरातन काल से रही है। साथ ही यह हमारी आर्थिक अर्थव्यवस्था की धुरी भी है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसे ध्यान रखते हुए राज्य सरकार द्वारा अब गौशालाओं को पूरे साल अनुदान दिया जाएगा।
पूर्व में यह अनुदान अकाल के दौरान तथा बाद में 1 वर्ष में 100 दिन के लिए दिया जाता था। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री कामधेनु बीमा योजना लागू की गई है। इसके अनुसार प्रत्येक पशुपालक की अधिकतम दो गायों का बीमा भी किया जा रहा है।
राज्य सरकार द्वारा ब्लॉक स्तर तक नंदी शाला बनाने के लिए डेढ़ करोड़ रुपए तक का अनुदान दिया जा रहा है। वहीं ग्राम पंचायत स्तर गोशाला अथवा पशु आश्रय स्थल के लिए एक करोड़ रुपए की सहायता दी जा रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि थारपारकर, साहीवाल और राठी जैसी उन्नत नस्लों के संरक्षण के साथ अच्छी नस्ल के सांड तैयार करना भी आज की जरूरत है।
उन्होंने गिरिराज भक्त मंडल सहित गौ सेवा में जुटे विभिन्न संस्थाओं की के कार्यों की सराहना की।
इस दौरान गौशाला की गायों के लिए लापसी बनाई गई। शिक्षा मंत्री ने इसे पकाने में सहयोग किया।
इस अवसर पर देवकिशन चांडक, पंडित राजेंद्र किराडू, श्री शिवेंद्र महाराज, शांति प्रसाद बिस्सा, नितिन आसोपा, रवि कल्ला, विक्की पुरोहित, सुनील सुथार, राकेश, गोरधन, यादवेंद्र व्यास आदि मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Education Minister Dr.B. D. Kalla said that 33 crore deities are believed to reside in the cow. It is a symbol of the faith of the people.
The Education Minister was addressing the program organized by Giriraj Bhakta Mandal at Ganga Jubilee Pinjra Pol Gaushala located near Dudi Petrol Pump on Sunday.
He said that in our country, the tradition of cow rearing and service of cows has been there since ancient times. Also it is the pivot of our economic economy. He said that keeping this in mind, the State Government would now give grants to the Gaushalas throughout the year.
Earlier this grant was given during famine and later for 100 days in a year. He said that Mukhyamantri Kamdhenu Bima Yojana has been implemented by the state government. According to this, maximum two cows of each cattle rearer are also being insured.
A grant of up to Rs 1.5 crore is being given by the state government to build Nandi Shala up to the block level. On the other hand, assistance of one crore rupees is being given for Gram Panchayat level Gaushala or Animal Shelter.
He said that along with conservation of advanced breeds like Tharparkar, Sahiwal and Rathi, preparation of good breed bulls is also the need of the hour.
He appreciated the works of various organizations engaged in cow service including Giriraj Bhakta Mandal.
During this, Lapsi was made for the cows of the Gaushala. The Education Minister helped in cooking it.
Devkishan Chandak, Pandit Rajendra Kiradu, Shri Shivendra Maharaj, Shanti Prasad Bissa, Nitin Asopa, Ravi Kalla, Vicky Purohit, Sunil Suthar, Rakesh, Gordhan, Yadvendra Vyas etc were present on this occasion.
